Core work-lower ab focused
One thing when trying to work those lower abs is to make sure you are curling your pelvis.
So when I did my tuck ins I was making sure to curl in and not just bringing my knees to my chest. Felt a huge difference.
Or when your doing laying leg lifts dont just bring your legs up bring them up & lift that pelvis up off the floor!
It’s not always what you do it how you do it.
Also as we know when it comes to ab visibility its all about DIET, CONSISTENCY & DIET!!
Yes I said diet twice because it’s that important. Eat clean healthy food, drink your water, drink some more & STICK TO IT!!!
If you are not seeing results the first thing to check is your diet! Remember to lose weight you have to burn more than you take in. If you don’t know what your taking in then you don’t know what you need to burn!
My exercises I did today focused on mainly on lower abs & the obliques. There is a little bit of inner thigh action as well! All done with sliders
✖️SLOW movements, core tight entire time!!
1️⃣Obliques twist tuck ins
2️⃣Regular tuck ins- curl those hips in
3️⃣Plank V puts with V up
5️⃣Cross leg mountain climber w/ tuck in
(seriously felt this one so much if you keep tight)
✨Can a absolutely do at home with socks 🧦
This isn’t anything crazy & I’m sure you have seen these moves before but this is the stuff I do for training. Nothing super complicated, straight to the point & effective. I’m here to share my fitness journey & lifestyle no matter what.
