Set-up: 1 yellow spring; Footbar in 1st position.
Body Placement: Standing on the front platform facing the back of the reformer.
Movement: Standing tall, stretch the arms straight up letting your gaze go with your hands. With a flat back, hinge all the way down, getting a hamstring stretch as the hands land near the front edge of the carriage. Press the carriage out and find a plank position. Using the abs, bend the knees and bring the carriage back in. Firmly plant your feet and stand all the way back up. —
