Velvety smooth texture, amazing in taste and super easy to make. The sweetness of carrots with spiciness of ginger .. it's deliciously delicious. 1/2 tsp Oil
2 tbsp milk
Add all the ingredients except milk in pressure cooker along with 2 glass of water and cook for 5-6 minutes. When cooked grind all the ingredients and add milk gradually. Cook it for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
For those who don't love the flavor of ginger, you can add a tsp of black pepper powder to bring spiciness to the soup.
