We didn’t have any plans today, so this morning I did some meal prep, I made Macie some pancakes and some tuna, sweetcorn frittatas. We met mum and went for a walk at lunchtime, then came home for lunch. I then met mum after work and went to the gym, dinner round mums then home to watch love island 😍.
Breakfast today was amazing! I had oats with a nestle caramel whip and 2 of the new dairy milk caramel cake slices. This was a big bowl of caramel chocolate goodness 🤤. I also had some whitworth nuts and an alpen bar a bit later on.
Lunch was a very stuffed omelette, so stuffed it fell apart 😂. It was filled with cheese, tomato, mushroom and spinach. Served with beans.
Afternoon snack was a whipped strawberry protein bar, strawberries and a pear.
Dinner was turkey steaks, sweet potato wedges, broccoli and carrots.
My love island snack was a packet of Jaffa cake nibbles, which had melted so became a single nibble 😂.
Total calories for the day 2,612 with 119g of protein. I’m under calories today, but I’m eating out a lot this week so I’m sure I’ll make them up. I did so much walking today, I’m not even sure how... I smashed the gym today, lifts went up nicely even if it was like a million degrees in there 😫.
