Sometimes I feel the need to label myself. It can feel easier to categorize things in my head, including my identity. Oh, hi ego. 👋🏼 Making me feel like I have to be a certain way. One way. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But we are multifaceted human beings. We can like one thing AND another. Resting AND sweating. Eating out AND balanced home cooked meals. Staying out late with friends AND getting to bed early for a good nights sleep.

Remembering that you can love one AND the other, and the world will still go round. That you are enough, as you are. 🖤⚡️
