New Handbalance challenge for 2019!! Join us for #7daystohandstand
Jan 21 - 27! For this new year challenge we are offering 7 days to explore drills specific to and including hand balance progressions. Each of us will give our own insights on variations. Also don't worry if the full expression isn't accessible! What we are looking for is enthusiasm, giving it a go and working with the preperatory drills! You will see us hosts have our strengths and weaknesses, and that this challenge is just about showing up and learning some new fun skills along the way!🌟
Some progressions will have matching drills from each of us to help you in working towards gaining access to more advanced expressions and you will have a lot of 'take home' practices to help you achieve the goals over time!
