I have never been an early morning exerciser. But, it would make my day go so much smoother if I could get my workouts in before the kids get up. I am committed to transitioning to morning workouts over the next 8 weeks.
Yesterday, my alarm went off and I said nope too tired. So, I tried again today. And success! It feels great to know that my workout is done and I can spend nap time hanging out with my girls.
Now, time to read and enjoy my Recover before the kids get up.

Super fun, super hard, lots of cardio but still total body 💪
This workout was called Power Sculpt and I loved it! Only 35 minutes and I was sooo out of breath lol!! I was going to do 5 minutes of core after but this got my core enough 🤣🤣

New week - new round of this new program
And that isn't a water spill in my shirt 💦
Week 2 of this rapid rebuild fitness program certainly ramps up 😅😅 This week the duration and intensity of the workouts increases up by 10 minutes 😳😳 Today was 2 rounds of different speed and agility moves (Although for anyone who feels like they need to can repeat week 1)
The nutrition plan changes as well
In my fuel plan bracket (there are 4 plans based on your starting point and goals)
- we shift from 3 carbohydrates to 2
(And there is a specific list of "approved carbs")
- we shift from 3 fruits to 2
- (we do get an increase in protein and veggies)
Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the "what I cannot have's" or "this is getting harder because"
When we do that we are focusing on and drawing on the negative
And that is not what this is about
It is about a shift
A shift in realizing I get to push myself to my physical limits 👊because this is the only way to grow stronger, 👊Success is on the other side of your WALL 👊this is where you find you have so much more in you than you ever believed
A shift in realizing I can follow a nutrition plan that is outside of my comfort zone 👊because you are empowered when you follow through with your commitments 👊because there are new foods to try (parsnips and lamb)
A shift from my carb heavy/ grain based diet 👊 because you get enough natural carbs from fruits and vegetables and do not need bread -I will reincorporate grain carbs when this is over but I am all about seeing what happens when I push beyond my excuses
Each victory in workouts and nutrition is designed to increase your resolve and ability to overcome ALL obstacles in life 💪

Day 13/21 So this workout was only 35 minutes, but it took me forever to finish! I woke up so tired and sore so it took a long time to even get motivated. Then Rylynn couldn't decide if she wanted to workout with me or just whine. And then we had some technical issues and I had to shut down and reboot mid workout. Glad I finally completed it though!
10/21 Whew what a workout! The afterburn was incredible as well! I was still sweating 45 minutes after I was done!
Day 9/21 I definitely had to modify some moves and take more breaks on this one! I am glad I have two more chances this week to keep improving on this workout.
Day 8/21 So not sure if I said this before 😜, but I freaking love this program! I didn't know what to expect this morning because we increase the workout to 35 minutes this week, but I didn't even realize it was 10 minutes longer than last week! It was hard to capture it all on video since I was jumping all over the room!
I love getting packages, especially fun ones! Look what Beachbody sent me for helping people last month. A yoga mat, that I can really use to do my stretching, yoga, and Pilates. 💪
Whew! This workout was HARD today.
Process: 1 move 10 times, then hold for 10 seconds➡️repeat that 3 times.
😭Each move isn't super hard but adding that 10 second hold is killer
