Hide and seek, Photo series. Photographs from my wanderings around Bangalore “Peace is not the absence of chaos or conflict, but rather finding yourself in the midst of that chaos and remaining calm in your heart," Mr. John Mroz.
Exactly two years ago, a fresh college graduate from a small city came to a place which people call the Silicon valley of India, Bangalore, with not just bags full of clothes but a mind full of energy and enthusiasm and heart full of expectations and hope to find happiness and peace in the hectic schedule of corporate life. But over the time, as he started getting loaded with lots of responsibilities the hope to find happiness and peace started vanishing. Even in a room full of people, he started feeling lonely and lost. That was the moment of truth, where he came into realization that while he was racing towards money and success, he started running away from happiness and inner peace.
He could have just gone with the flow and continued to work blindly without thinking about the consequences but he chose to make an effort and starting looking for the one thing that could give him happiness and set him free. After going on a few excursions with his friends to nearby locations, he found that nature is the purest form of beauty and nothing or no one can beat the incredibility of it. Even the smallest things like water droplets started making him feel relaxed just by looking at them. This kind of happiness is the best.
I am not saying to leave everything and go roam around places but try to make an effort and try not to sit and do nothing if you are not at peace with whatever you are doing in life. You need to find just one single thing that can make you feel alive and gives you the reason to wake up every morning and face anything which is thrown upon you with a smile. And for me that’s nature. You can start by taking out time from your busy schedule and go to a garden to look at the birds, the trees and the flowers or just sit and do nothing for a while. #unseen_bengaluru #bengaluru_nodi #kannadkasthuri #ilovebangalore #onlyblr #awsmbng #ifoundawesome #karmatakafocus #karnatakastreets #karnataka_one
