PKLN. I. Was. In. Pain. On the bright side, I feel so much better mentally. My mood was really low, I let my depression get the best of of me today. I stayed in bed majority of the day and almost didn't go to spin. I am so glad I did, seriously y'all, @zyn22_
has done so much for my mental health. I know that the moment I enter the dome and clip on to the bike, I can let go of all the negative... at least for the next 45 minutes. I can't recommend Zyn enough, but maybe spin isn't for you and that okay. Find something you love, whether it's boxing, running, tennis, whatever, find something that keeps you active and happy. Exercise can do so much, you'll feel so much stronger physically and mentally.
