Step 1: Roast the chicken and fennel
✨ preheat oven to 350F
✨ pat chicken dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper and #epicure
Paris Bistro seasoning. ✨ slice fennel and toss in 1 Tbsp avocado oil, 2 tsp Paris Bistro Seasoning, salt and pepper
✨ roast in oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through,and fennel is fork tender. ✨ rest chicken, covered, at least 10 minutes before slicing. .
