It’s that day again! What do Mondays mean to you❓

or “It’s MonYay, let’s slay this week!” 🤷🏻♀️ The choice is totally up to you and is all about mindset!! Yes, you can turn your Monday Blahs to MonYay Wins! You have full control!! 💪🏼 For me it wasn’t always easy, letting the negatives of Monday be my focus, my frustration, or my annoyance. It has taken a lot of practice. A lot of looking for the positives in the negatives, changing the way I see a negative and finding the blessings and “silver linings”. 🌈
Monday, you either hate it, or make the best of it.
This morning was one of “those Mondays” 😡 *Alarm didn’t go off at my usual 4:30, that’s ok, my body got extra sleep. 🕰 *Late getting the kids to school, that’s ok! There was an accident along our route, had we been on time, you never know it could have been us! Also gave me
A chance to take care of some business in the school office. 🚌 *Long wait for a blood draw, gave me a chance to talk to y’all and clean out my emails. Holy spam Batman! 📧 *Long line at the gas station, and then the pump I was waiting at went down. (Still looking for the silver lining in that one) ⛽️ Sometimes it is really hard, and I’m talking climbing Mt. Everest hard, to find the positive in all the negatives. However, the more you focus on the positives the more you are setting yourself up mentally for a brighter day, week, and month. 😊
