Yep it’s the halfway mark - day 15 of the 30 day yoga challenge! I’m feeling pretty awesome I must say, even though I’ve been doing yoga ALMOST everyday anyways this little challenge is something else - dedicating the time for myself every morning just feels really good! ⠀

If you keep showing up… the magic, the change, the transformation - whatever it is that you are seeking - will reveal itself.
And beyond that, you don’t have to force it or maneuver it.
In fact, don’t.
That is like you trying to drive the car from the passenger seat.
You just have to show up

that Varrie and I got a couple of months back. It seems to me that she is doing one of two things: she’s reaching out to help someone or reaching out for help. Both very important things .
If we have the ability and/or the opportunity to help another person, how wrong would it be not to provide that help? Life can be hard, we all know this so how kind of us is it, how necessary, to just look at another and see that they’re struggling with something, anything, and to just hold out a hand in help, let them know that this doesn’t have to be faced entirely alone?
Asking for help also. There is nothing at all wrong in admitting we have a need for help, it’s not a sign of weakness, a lack of capability or demonstrating a dependence...it’s a sign that we’re utterly human. Doing the very best we can and sometimes needing a wee hand up

So stoked to get another 6 week yoga going in Waimea! First class tonight was great. I was a little bit nervous - first class of each program, you never know who will come and how people would like it. I was surprise with many new students, all excited for some good stretching. Very blessed and grateful for this opportunity to teach and for everyone who joined. ☀️ We are practicing every tues&thurs evenings from 5-6pm. If you like join the program, it is not too late! There is also drop-in option. Classes run till Feb 21. 🤙🏼

When your whole body's so tight that you can't do a full cobra without your back telling you that you're not 16 and bendy anymore 😂 I'm bringing back morning yoga sessions because everything hurts and I've like to not pull something when bending over to pick a package up 🤷😂 What's something you're doing to ~improve~ yourself?

I’m proud of myself for making it to a yoga class after work this evening. It was much gentler and slower than the type of class I typically go to, but it was a welcome change and felt really good! It was a great reminder to focus on the internal practice 😊💛🧘♀️
