Weeknight adventures are wicked!
Will and I are about to trek for 14 days across the Annapurna range within the Himalaya Mountains in Nepal. This trek starts at 760 meters (2,493 feet) up to 5,416 meters (17,769 feet) we are a mixed ball of eager emotions but we’re excited for this huge challenge. We just found out it’s suppose to rain the entire first week......frick! Wish us luck and you’ll hear from me once we finish!
Event spaces can be anywhere! This newish Mum was having a Tupperware party and didn't have the space or chance to clean to have everyone inside her unit. So she just went outside! By having the display table right next to her front door, people could still use the bathroom but there was so much more room for people to check out the product. She even got extra orders when some of the neighbours became curious and came down for a look! Think outside the box event spaces, they can be almost anywhere! Just have a wet weather contingency and access to bathrooms. Where's the weirdest place you've been to for an event? Need help with an event? I'm here to help! #yourstoryevents #keepitsimple #outsideofthebox #outside
|| One of my favorite things I love about nature is water. 💦 Oceans, rivers, lakes, streams, and even rain. It’s such a calming thing to be next to moving/running water. Watching the way it moves, the way it feels, and the way it sounds, is just so beautiful. 🌊💙💙💙 || Reminiscing back to this lovely moment spent on the Oregon coast. ||
Pretty smiley for running a 5k in below 30 degree temperatures 💪#latergram
Everyday is a new beginning
Stay away from what might have been and
Look at what can be.
Stoked to get back to the desert this weekend!
Another favourite part of coming here year after year is seeing this beautiful pup and the other dogs around the resort. It's like visiting old friends who are always happy to see you. - J :) @oneplusonedesign
I’ve been wanting to encounter a Moose - For.Ever now. I really thought I would see one, on my trip in Nova Scotia back in 2015, while I was hiking in Cape Breton Island because there was tracks and poop, everywhere. But no luck. Thought I had a second chance to see one in Montana, except it was just fields upon fields of Deers and Cows. SoOoo many Deers 🦌 #keepitwild
Family is the best gift 🙏🏼🌻❤️🌈💫
SUNSHINE • afternoon walks on the beach are 👌🏼💙
Silence is golden...unless you have a toddler then it’s suspicious 😕 This is the most TRUE parenting statement to date for us 🤦🏼♀️

“There was a time I’d try to mold myself into perfect; until I realized that perfection is as slippery as attempting to capture and cling to a leaf, expecting it to never change color. That holding so tightly to reins in a world that turns and wants and reaches for the new, only boxes us into basements. Step off the treadmill of destruction. Open the door. Let the light in.”🙌🏼

Every day, think as you wake up, “Today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it.” - The Dalai Lama
You could see the bottom of this lake if that stupid reflection wasn't in the way 😒
This time last year I completed Diez Vistas as one of my first hikes of the year in 3:11. This year it was my third day of hiking in a row and I was still able to finish it in 2:51!! I’ve let my fitness decline over the winter and it makes me happy to know that I am still doing better than a year ago even if it might not always feel like it 💪🏻⛰
As glaciers move, they create a rock “flour” that suspends in the water, causing the sun to reflect and create this bright blue color. Just in case you don’t believe these colors are real 🙃
Still mornings at Cat Lake
Happy National Park Week. The US has the best collection of national parks, and most of my faves are in Utah ❤️

These high 80's days have got me day dreaming of coming back to swim here in the summer.
