Still smitten with the beauty of these flowers I saw inside Flower Dome @gardensbythebay
at their Dahlia flowers show #nofilterneeded
God could create each flower to be so unique and delicate, with distinct colours and shapes (several with sizes as big as my hand!), so vibrant and beautiful that often I had to stop to simply admire and could only say, “God You are so amazing!”.
And these are “only” flowers.
HOW MUCH MORE He created each one of us; men and women created in His image, to live our life with unique calling and purpose.
God is the God of personalisation, not the God of mass-production.
“You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed”
- Psalm 139:16
If that is how God clothes the flowers, which is here today and may wilt soon, will He not much more take care of your life?
This morning I reflect on some life lessons from this beauty and God’s words:
It’s a lesson about giving thanks simply because He has given us life, and created each of us so wonderfully.
It’s a lesson about do not worry, trusting God, and not chasing what the world does (Matthew 6:32-34).
It’s a lesson about seeking the “above things” and not earthly things,
And carrying out principles of God’s kingdom whilst we still live on earth (which contradicts very much with our worldly kingdom).
Thank You so much Lord once again for the memories of these beautiful flowers, and for the Words You give me as You direct my life in You 🌿
