Hey guys ! Sorry I have been busy again . So Ramadan is here and the 7-8 meals routine is replaced by 2 meals . Let me tell you this clearly if you think you can do heavy gym and in your mind you have set the timings and all , you are certainly mistaken . At the moment those who are working to gain muscle must only do a light workout doing all the core exercises and for the nutrition , eat more fibres plus drink a good amount of water. Those who are working for fat loss , they can achieve that in Ramadan provided aftaris are light and sensible :p .
