One pan meals are my favorite! All you have to do is put everything on a pan and bake it at 375 for 40 minutes 😋 All I did for this one is chop carrots in half and place chicken on a bed of spinach. Seasoned with avocado oil, rosemary, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper!
Felt like something raw... quick and easy to make! I’m not normally a fan of the whole chia pudding craze but this tasted amazing with the Australia’s own dark choc almond milk with a bit of stevia added! 😍🍓🍫😋
To prep this bowl:
Add chia seeds and almond milk to container/bowl mix and add stevia to taste. Leave in fridge over night. Next morning blend a tbsp almond butter then add toppings and enjoy! Was so filling too! 🙌🏼 Swipe for recipe and macros!
I made these paleo tortillas today. They are more like a crepe in texture, kinda spongy....i also used coconut oil instead of ghee to keep them completely dairy free. They held together great because of the texture, and I was craving something sorta sweet, so I put some 100% berry jam on them and loved every bite! Seriously these are amazing you will probably eat every last one of them within 30 minutes of them being done! I haven't had any Keto snacks this week and I've been eating mostly whole foods. I've fasted everyday this week so far from 4pm to 8am. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst 10 being the best, so far this week is a solid 9! On a scale of 1-10, hows your Keto week going?
Banana Bread Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting!
4 TBSP butter, softened
1/2 Cup stevia
4 oz of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp of banana extract
1 1/4 cup of almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the butter and stevia. Add the cream cheese and vanilla and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, making sure it mixes well before adding the next egg. Add in the banana extract, mix. Add the remainder of the ingredients until well combined. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin. Place muffin tin on top of a sheet pan, in case of any spillage. Bake for 50 minutes! Enjoy!!! ________________________________________________
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
6 oz cream cheese, softened
4 TBSP butter, softened
1 tsp Vanilla
1 TBSP heavy whipping cream
1/4 C of stevia
Mix all ingredients together and frost the muffins!

Last week I touched on the four most basic (and important) principles for health - stress, sleep, food, exercise.
The majority of the time, people try to find a loop hole through one (or more) of these and “supplement” to make up for it. No amount of supplementation (vitamins, minerals, drugs, etc.) will produce the same and significant results that come from nailing down the basics.
If you are a pro at these four and still experiencing issues, do some research and look further into what is missing. If you do need to take a supplement for extra support, I highly recommend using one of these two resources to make sure you are getting a high quality product:
A study in 2015 found that four out of five store-brand supplement bottles contained NONE of the ingredients on the label. Instead, they were packed with cheap fillers such as wheat, rice, beans, or houseplants.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies
Makes 12 large cookies
Per cookie: 145 calories 13g F / 1.5g C (net) / 4.5g P / 4.5g fiber
🎃1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour (168g)
🎃1/2 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice (96g)
🎃1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
🎃1/4 teaspoon baking soda
🎃1/2 teaspoon salt
🎃3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (45g)
🎃2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, softened (28g)
🎃2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (28g)
🎃1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
🎃1/2 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate
sugar-free chocolate chips (112g)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, softened butter, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, erythritol, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt.
4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheet, and flatten a bit as the cookies will not spread a lot while baking. If you want the outside of the cookies to be perfectly smooth, use slightly damp fingers to smooth them out.
6. Bake for about 12-14 minutes.
7. Allow to cool, and enjoy!

Mexican food is.. life. Like I could eat it every day. However.. my stomach would be so not happy with me. It can be hard to eat out at a Mexican restaurants, as even healthy options can be secretly unhealthy. That’s why I stick to making Mexican inspired dishes at home! Like this Mexican tempeh burrito bowl. To be honest, this was a kind of, clean out the fridge, kinda bowl. Delicious, nonetheless. And full of ingredients I KNOW are healthy for me and agree with me. This was so good. I could literally eat variations of it everyday. •

On this episode of what I had for lunch today 📸: Ginger Cauli-Fried Rice with Shrimp 🍚🍤 •
Did you know that even ordering the most seemingly healthy thing off of a Chinese menu, like steamed chicken and broccoli, can cause an upset to your stomach because most of their proteins are pre-coated with cornstarch? Well, now ya know! I learned that the hard way. I definitely miss ordering Chinese food, so I’ve devoted myself to perfecting this cauliflower fried rice! While it’s not lowfodmap, I’ve added cauli rice back into my personal diet and have found it to be such a great substitute for grains 😊 •
GINGER CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE WITH SHRIMP:
Season your shrimp with dried parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to a pan and sauté with olive oil, ginger paste (it’s what I had on hand, you can also use fresh ginger), and a splash of lemon juice 🍋 Once pink, add in your cauli rice and veggies of your choice (I used peas and broccoli). Season with sesame oil, coconut aminos (the BEST SCD substitute for soy sauce), red pepper flakes, and more salt and pepper. Form a well in the middle of the pan and add in one scrambled egg. Cook through and mix it all together! •
And there you have it! A simple and easy lunch that won’t make you miss that unhealthy Chinese takeout 😋

I like to start by cutting carbs as much as I can from my meals. For example, even though it's brown rice, I only prepared my "no-fry rice" with just the veggies and eggs.
OVERNIGHT chia seed oat pudding!!!! not paleo BUT still SO good for you! I love making these because then you don’t have to worry about breakfast! It is SOOO filling and delicious!! And honestly, takes literally 5 min to make! You can make pudding however you want. Some people just mix it with almond milk, BUT i wanted it to be sweeter. SO, I blended it together with banana, almond milk, almond butter, and cinnamon. Add EXTRA almond milk to make it very liquidy so it’s a pudding texture in the morning!! THEN i topped it all off with frozen blueberries, almonds, walnuts, filberts, and raisins!! Go try it! It’s amazing!!!!
