🍠choc sweet potato pancakes🍠 . No need to chuck your left overs just use them to make another yummy recipe. . Recipe ⬇️ Makes 2 small pancakes Ingredients 1 tsp @bionaorganic coconut oil 1/2 cup of boiled and mashed sweet potato 1 tsp @naturesheartsuperfoods cacao 1 tsp @thatprotein blissful cacao 2 eggs For the toppings Greek yogurt Strawberries 1 heaped tsp @pipandnut peanut butter Method Heat a small frying pan with the coconut oil In a bowl mix together sweet potato, cacao, protein and eggs together. Once the pans hot tip in half of the mixture leave for 2-3 mins then flip. Repeat with second one once cooked sandwich with greek yog, top with the peanut butter and strawberries. . Sundays are for pancakes! These PALEO PANCAKES are probably the easiest I've ever tried and they turned out phenomenal! ☕😙🌻 I simply mixed ~1 ripe squished banana 🍌 ~2 eggs ~1 T coconut flour ~A lot of cinammon (about 1/2 T) ~A pinch of salt In a bowl. Then I gave 1/2 tsp. ghee into a heated pan on medium heat and added 1 T of the dough at a time. Fry for 2-3 min, then flip, and fry for another 2 min. So they are glutenfree, free of any added sugars, and a pretty amazing way to get rid of your overripe bananas without throwing them into the trash. And so easy! I make all my pancakes from scratch, and these are the best that I've made in some time! Blueberry Banana with Oat and Flax. 🤸🏻‍♀️ ... ... ... Beat two eggs (or egg alternative) with one banana. Add 1/4 honey (or sweetener of choice, or none at all) and 1/4 cup oil of choice. This batch I used melted butter because I realized I was out of coconut oil. Flax oil is a good choice, too. Add 1/4 cup water. Add approx. 1 cup sprouted spelt flour, and approx 1/2 cup blended flax seed and sprouted oatmeal. ( You can adjust flours to your preferred consistency of batter.) Add 1/4 tsp baking powder and baking soda. You will need to add more water as batter thickens. Do this by eye slowly. Add fresh blueberries. I also made some with added pecans. I got a really good crepe pan for about 10€ in Debenhams that has been lasting me ages now! 2️⃣ To get a stack that are evenly cooked it’s all about changing the temperature- ever start off making yummy golden crepes then the last few are scalded and more of a shade of black 😂 if you keep the temperature on high the pan will keep getting hotter so you’ll need to take it back to medium after the first 2-3 pancakes to keep the last few looking well 😛 3️⃣Just acknowledge the first pancake may be a let down in the looks department 🤷🏻‍♀️ but don’t let that ruin your day and concentrate on the rest 🌸 4️⃣ Get those toppings right! РЕЦЕПТ ИДЕАЛЬНЫХ БЛИНЧИКОВ🤤 ⠀⠀ Невероятно мягкие, воздушные, в меру сладкие и безумно простые в приготовлении😍 спешу поделиться с вами чудесным рецептом♥️ ⠀⠀ Ингредиенты: 🔸 Мука - ~180 г 🔸 Сахар - ~80 г 🔸 Разрыхлитель - 2 ч.л. 🔸 Ванильный сахар - 1 ч.л. 🔸 Яйцо - 1 шт. 🔸 Растительное масло - ~50 мл 🔸 Соль - щепотка 🔸 Молоко - ~200 мл 🔸 Арахисовая паста - 1 ч.л. (по желанию) *все ингредиенты я добавляла на глаз, смотрите по консистенции. Finally tried making banana oat pancakes and the results were delicious! Recipe: 1 over ripe banana 1 cup of porridge oats 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of cinnamon Pinch of salt. Whichever toppings you like. I chose strawberries, blueberries and maple syrup. Instructions: 1. blend oats together in a blender until fine. Add the egg, banana, salt and baking soda and blend again until well combined. 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, spray with cooking oil or use whichever oil you prefer. 3. Take half a cup or a table spoon of the mixture, pour onto the pan and spread until even. 4. Using a spatular, check the bottom of the pancake to pretend burning and flip when the side facing down is brown. Do the same for the other side. 5. ☀️ Sunshine Saturday ☀️ H and I are currently obsessing over these little multi grain and seed pancakes! Today we’ve topped them with chopped banana and goji berries! Been perfecting the recipe for these for a few weeks, to get the texture and consistency right, so it’s time to share it 💖 BLITZ in the #nutribullet 🐿 1/3cup @rudehealth organic five grain and 5 seed porridge mix. (@aldiuk do there own version that works just as well too, we’ve tried and tested both). 🥥 1tbsp coconut flour, I get mine from @grapetreefoods 🥛 100ml soya milk. 🍳 1 egg. 🍯 1tsp of honey. 🥄 1/2tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt. . 👩🏻‍🍳 Leave to thicken for five minutes and then pan fry on a medium heat (in a non stick pan) for 2 minutes each side. . 🥣 Top with what ever you fancy... Very easy Mom-made Pancakes : 2 eggs 2 cups of self raisin flour 1/3 caster sugar 1 3/4 milk 1 tsp Vanilla essence 🥞🥞 Sift flour and mix with sugar, make a well in the centre. Mix eggs + milk + vanilla, pour in the middle flour mix and whisk until combined. Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with butter or spray with cooking oil. Cook pancake for 2 minutes each side or until you see bubbles appear a lot on the surface then flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked through. 👋 It’s been really quiet over here as I have been dealing with a difficult downhill in my very non-linear healing journey 😞. And it’s not fun but health comes first, so I am taking it easy and not posting regularly. But these babies were real healthy comfort food for my weary heart. Recipe share from my stories this morning // my grain-free sweet potato pancakes 🥞. Easy and delicious. Here are the deets: 💛 1 sweet potato (skin removed and mashed. previously roasted whole in the oven) 💛 2 organic pastured eggs beaten 💛 1/2 cup cassava flour (I use @ottos_cassava_flour ) 💛 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (@califiafarms ) 💛 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder 💛 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 💛 pinch of salt (@redmondrealsalt ) 💛 optional 1 tsp date syrup (@thedatelady ) 💛 ghee for cooking pancakes Mix everything together in a bowl. Heat a non-stick fry pan to medium heat. Use 1 tsp ghee per lot of pancakes. Scoop 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Fry for a few mixtures in each side. Makes about 7 pancakes this size hubby and I devoured them but could serve 2-3. As far as toppings you can go to town. But mine are topped with ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, unsweetened flaked coconut, more of @thedatelady syrup, raw pumpkin seeds and a dollop of @newearthsuperfoods coconut probiotic yogurt. Enjoy! ♥️

Breakfast for dinner??? Umm, okay, twist my arm 😂 I haven't had low carb pancakes in forever, and once the thought entered my head at 5am at work, I couldn't think of anything except a thick, fluffy, sweet stack with cinnamon and butter! . . Fluffy low carb/keto pancakes . . 3 eggs 2 oz cream cheese (1/4 brick) 1/3 cup milk of choice (I had almond) 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup coconut flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp granulated sweetener (or 1/4 tsp liquid sweetener) . . Mix in blender until smooth. Allow to thicken while heating your pan or griddle to medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot pan and cook until the bubbles break though the surface and edges are browned (approximately 4-5 minutes). Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes. Top to suit your tastes 😀 I used powdered @swervesweetie and butter. Makes approximately 6 pancakes, 5". Recipe ⬇️ Serves 1 makes 2 medium sized pancakes. 🥞Ingredients 1/2 tsp @bionaorganic Coconut oil 3 eggs 1tbsp @thatprotein blissful cacao 1/4 scoop @myproteinuk vanilla protein 1 tsp @alpro coconut milk 🥞For the toppings Greek yogurt Blueberries Strawberries Cacao nibs Optional honey/maple syurp 🥞Method Heat a pan with the coconut oil, in a bowl add in both proteins and coconut milk and make in to a paste. Add in the eggs and mix it all together, once the pans hot add in half of the mixture. Leave if for 2-3 minutes until the top of the pancake starts to bubble then flip, do the same with the next pancake.
