Der Tattergreis und das Kind in mir konnten sich nicht entscheiden und so gibt es eben einfach Beides Es ist also angerichtet: fluffiges, lockiges Zoodles-Nest mit Ei zur rechten, süße, vegane 😜 Pancakes zur Linken, beides unter strenger Beoachtung des zuckerfreiem Himbeersirup. Rezept für dat Nest? Okay.. also ne kleine Zucchini in Nudel-Form schnitzen, zum Nest formen, Ei reinklatschen, kurz in ner Pfanne anbrutzeln, bis das Ei den gewünschten Gar-Ounkt erreicht hat, am Ende mit z.B. "Hello Mediteraneo" * und Salz würzen. Rezept für die Pancakes: - 90g Apfel-Bananen-Mark - 130ml Kokosdrink, ungesüsst - 50g Vollkorn-Dinkelmehl - Prise Salz - Prise Zimt - Flavordrops "Butterkeks" @got7nutrition Alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig rühren, 5min ziehen lassen, dann in einer, auf mittlerer Hitze vorgeheizte Pfanne, von Beiden Seiten anbraten. Colazione super con i Pancakes neri alla banana 😋 Ricetta facile e troppo buona 😍 Ingredienti per 1 persona: * 20g farina d’avena * 10g cacao amaro * 80g albume * 100g banana * Vanillina * 1 pizzico di lievito * 100g yogurt greco * 1 pizzico di sale * Aromatizzante/dolcificante a piacere (io ho usato le flavdrops al cocco di @myproteinit ) Procedimento: schiacciate la banana con una forchetta o frullatela. In uno shaker mettete tutti gli ingredienti tranne lo yogurt e l’aromatizzante che serviranno per la farcitura. Agitate per bene. Ottenete 4-5 dosi e cuocete in un padellino antiaderente unto con un tovagliolo intriso d’olio a fiamma bassa e con coperchio da entrambi i lati. Farcite con lo yogurt greco mischiato con l’aromatizzante/dolcificante e terminate la torretta con uno strato di yogurt. Take back to these vegan banana pancakes I had for breakfast on Sunday🥞 topped with frozen fruit, choc shot and coconut alpro🥥🍍🍫. So excited for half term- one because I need a decent rest and two because then I can spend all day making some extra yummy food like this😋. - Just posting to tell you things are all good and I AM OFFICIALLY WEIGHT RESTORED! Which is a little scary but necessary! Head is telling me I can’t possibly gain any more weight now but I’m just going to try and let my body do its thing and not get too stressed. Also I got my period!!!! Which is also a bit scary as I know I’m pretty much 100% physically recovered now even if my mind isn’t fully there. Little steps though guys! - I’m also considering going fully vegan at new year. I know some of you may immediately think “no it’s restrictive” but having realised all the damage the dairy industry is doing I feel like it’s not my disorder anymore- I’m also trying my hardest to be more ethical with the brands of makeup and clothing I buy too. Also I’ve found there are actually a lot of vegan alternative to ‘unhealthy’ foods so I don’t think there’s anything I’d miss and since my family always eats veggie anyway and mostly vegan I feel it would be really easy. Anyway I’m not 100% sure yet... - School is mostly okay and I have... well one person I would consider a friend and a lot of other people I talk to. It’s just hard because everyone already has friends and I have my friendship group but it’s kind of falling apart and I feel like I’m on the outside. But I have people to hang out with so it’s not too bad. It’s bearable. I’m off to college soon anyway- going to see one near me next month- and I’m going to do a diploma in art and design so I will make new friends then as nobody else from my school is doing it that I know of. And I have a friend from inpatient there so I’m sure I’ll be fine. Just holding out for that really and taking each day as it comes. That’s all we can do really. РЕЦЕПТ НЕЖНЕЙШИХ ЙОГУРТОВО-БАНАНОВЫХ ПАНКЕЙКОВ🤤🥞 На авторство не претендую, просто делюсь тем, что даже у меня с минимальным опытом получилось приготовить :) Для двух таких порций вам понадобится: 🔸густой йогурт Молокія, 330 грамм 🔸мука, 1 стакан 🔸молоко 3,6% жирности, полстакана 🔸2 ст.л сахара 🔸2 🐓яйца 🔸разрыхлитель для теста, 2 ч.л 🔸ванильный сахар, 1 ч.л 🔸половинка 🍌 + мёд и вторая половина банана для подачи, у меня ещё были цукаты из дыни 1. Просеять муку, добавить разрыхлитель, сахар и ванильный сахар 2. В другой посудине смешать йогурт и яйца, хорошенько взбить вилкой 3. Смешиваем содержимое двух посудин, добавляем молоко и пюре из половинки банана (я его размельчила блендером, но можно и вилкой, главное чтоб не было крупных комочков) 4. Хорошенько все вымешиваем. Выходит консистенция густой сметанки 5. Тесто готово! Теперь берём половник, хорошо разогреваем сковороду (я ее слегка смазала сливочным маслом, но кажется, можно было этого и не делать) и набираем примерно половину половника на каждый оладушек. Наблюдаем, когда по всей поверхности появятся пузырьки - переворачиваем на другую сторону 6. Украшаем кусочками банана, мёдом и всем, что душа пожелает. Получилось ооочень вкусно! This recipe uses our Grass-Fed Whey Protein to transform pancakes from a carb bomb into a complete meal! To make it: 1 cup oats. 1 banana. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup egg whites. 4 teaspoons baking powder. pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon. 2 scoops of BN Labs Grass-Fed Whey Protein powder 2 tablespoons flax meal. For the topping: 1 small container organic blueberries 2 tbsp peanut butter 1/4 whipped cream (optional) sprinkle of cinnamon -Run all ingredients except toppings through a blender on low speed until batter is very smooth and consistent. -Heat a griddle or nonstick pan to medium high, and add small circles of batter- about 1/4 cup will make one pancake. -Warm up toppings for 20 seconds in the microwave, except whipped cream, and add to pancakes! Looks like a mess but tasted so good 👌 Pancakes made using @thatprotein and topped with @pipandnut. ..... I always change my recipes for pancakes depending on what I’ve got in the cupboard. ..... These were made using banana, coconut and almond flour, coconut oil, cinnamon and a little bit of baking soda to make them fluffy 😋 why do we call them fluffy? Haven’t got a clue but they turned out to be really tasty.

BANANA PANCAKES! I know there are a few different recipes out there on the interweb, but honestly I’m pretty sure mine is the best. Vegan, no fuss, pretty healthy but still decadent.... what else can you ask for? For 1 person 1/2 banana, ripe and mashed 1/3 cup soy milk Mix banana + milk well In another bowl mix; 1/4 cup flour of your choice 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar Add dry ingredients to the wet mix. Fry in a lil bit of oil on medium heat, flip ‘em, serve ‘em, devour ‘em. Heaven!! ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Fluffy Pancake⁣ ⁣ Recook dari @justtryandtaste ⁣ ⁣ Untuk 5 buah pancake diameter 10 cm⁣ ⁣ Bahan:⁣ - 110 gram tepung terigu serba guna (Mis. Segitiga Biru)⁣ - 1 1/4 sendok teh baking powder double acting⁣ - 1 1/2 sendok makan gula pasir⁣ - 1/4 sendok teh garam⁣ - 1 butir telur ayam ukuran besar, kocok lepas⁣ - 135 ml susu cair ( atau bisa diganti dengan 3 sendok makan susu bubuk full cream + 130 ml air aduk rata)⁣ - 2 sendok makan mentega atau kurang lebih 30 gram, cairkan. Jika menggunakan margarine, skip penggunaan garam di resep.⁣ - 2 sendok teh white vinegar/air jeruk nipis (saya pakai cuka apel with mother) ⁣ ⁣ Cara membuat:⁣ 1. Dalam mangkuk kecil campurkan susu cair dan white vinegar (atau air jeruk nipis/cuka apel), aduk rata dan diamkan selama 5 menit agar susu menjadi asam. Fungsinya sebagai pengganti buttermilk, untuk membuat tekstur pancake menjadi lembut dan empuk.⁣ ⁣ 2. Dalam mangkuk terpisah aduk bahan kering: tepung terigu, garam, baking powder dan gula hingga rata dan gumpalan di tepung menghilang.⁣ ⁣ 3. Siapkan mangkuk ukuran sedang, masukkan mentega cair (pastikan mentega telah dingin ketika dicampur telur), telur kocok dan susu. Aduk semua bahan hingga tercampur rata.⁣ ⁣ 4. Tambahkan tepung terigu ke dalam kocokan telur dan susu, aduk ringan dan sebentar saja dengan spatula hingga semua bahan basah dan tercampur. Jangan mengaduk berlebihan.⁣ ⁣ 5. Siapkan pan datar anti lengket, oleskan sedikit mentega. Jika menggunakan cetakan pancake maka oleskan juga mentega pada bagian dalam cetakan. ⁣ ⁣ 6. Tuangkan satu sendok sayur adonan ke atasnya. Tunggu hingga keluar gelembung-gelembung kecil di permukaan adonan, atau boleh mengintipnya untuk melihat apakah dasarnya telah kecoklatan.⁣ ⁣ 7. Balik adonan untuk memasak sisi sebelahnya, jangan di tekan, biarkan pancake matang. Jika telah kecoklatan, angkat. Lakukan hingga semua adonan habis.⁣ ⁣ 8. Sajikan pancake dengan saus cokelat, gula halus, potongan stroberi, atau topping lain sesuka hati.⁣ ⁣ 9. Tips : Jangan terlalu banyak mengaduk. Adukan yang berlebihan akan membuat pancake keras.
