A different version of Spagetti aglio e olio - I basically roasted 4 small cloves of garlic in quite a bit of olive oil. Then I added 2 chopped tomatoes left them in the pan for a bit before I added 1 complete package (125g) of spinach and left it shrink. I also added some salt and 4 tbsp of the water I cooked the Spagetti in. I always do this when cooking pasta cause it helps the Spagetti to bind with the sauce. Bon appetite🌱🍅
