Our Marinated chicken. Turmeric, coriander seeds, cloves, star anise, garlic , salt and pepper. All ingredients make a perfect flavor..
I love chili. I don’t know why... but I think it’s because of the things I eat it with like cornbread, Fritos/chips and baked sweet potato (if you love sweet potato, you’re going to love it with chili!). I like to top it with avocados, cheese, cilantro and green onion with a splash of hot sauce! .
Anyway however you like your chili I’ve got a good recipe for ya!
2lbs ground beef
2- 15oz cans of mixed beans
1- can of diced tomatoes with green chili
1- yellow onion chopped
2- garlic chopped
2-3 tsp of worcheshire sauce
1 pack of chili spice mix
Shredded cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper
1- In a pot, cook onions and garlic till onions are translucent on medium heat.
2- Add Beef and cook to break up meat.
3- Add the chili seasoning
4- Put all the beans and juices in as well as the diced tomatoes and chile with all its juices in to the meat mixture.
5- add salt and pepper to taste
6- turn heat to low and simmer chili for another 30 minutes.
7- top with your favorite garnish and pair with your fave side!
