🧠When you are consistent over a long period of time with good habits; you build and unbelievable base/foundation. When you build that base/foundation (ROME); you shouldn’t get discouraged when you eat a bad meal; when you miss a bad workout, because it won’t kill you.-
🥗🍩One SALAD didn’t make someone SKINNY. One DONUT didn’t make someone FAT. It’s the eating behavior OVER TIME that makes the difference.-
👆🏼Though, If you are consistently eating bad meals and missing workouts; YES, it won’t lead you down the wrong path.-
👺Be SELF AWARE. Enjoy the donut, if you miss the workout; it’s okay. Don’t make a big deal of it; don’t overthink it. Enjoy the great taste. Enjoy the rest, but DONT JUDGE YOURSELF. DONT REGRET IT.-
👀You may be wondering why. Some people eat the donut, and say “oh I screwed up already; I might as well eat a dessert with every meal today. Oh and since I ate that donut, I’ll miss the workout as well.” That’s when people go down the wrong path, and you will start to stray away from your goals.-
👹The key is to be SELF AWARE. Realize that it wasn’t the right choice and in the direction of your goals. Next meal, next workout, YOU’LL BE BACK ON TRACK!-

It's almost so easy to doubt what you're doing because it's difficult to believe that you're capable of doing something. I have consistently good conversations with my partner who tells me that if you want to do something, you have to do it within a certain time frame before that moment of doubt kicks in and talks you out of doing so. Whether it's mustering up the courage to talk to someone you've been meaning to talk to, or doing something out of your comfort zone; don't think about what may or may not happen. Just act and move forward. Here's to more growth 🌱and acting upon things you want to do, without that moment of doubt kicking in!

There’s just something about the Christmas season that’s different than the rest of the year. But so often we get wrapped up in the stress of it all instead of being present.
My advice for you today is turn on Christmas music and sing along, wrap the gifts with love instead of haste, & most importantly enjoy those around you(even if it’s just your dog 🥰) _____________________________________________________________

It is so important to make the most out of the short time that you have on this planet, and the best way to do that is to break away from your repetitive, safe life and start to do things you would never have believed you were capable of.⠀
There are a few ways you can begin to push past your comfort zone. First, make a bucket list. All you need to do is write down a list of things that you want to do or accomplish in your lifetime, but make sure you do them, or at least some of them. Maybe you want to try a pole dancing class, travel to Europe, or go skydiving, no matter what it is, do it! A bucket list isn’t useful unless you are actually going to try and achieve it.⠀
Secondly, if you want, ask someone to tag along. If you have a friend or significant other who is also interested in experiencing more of their life then you can join forces and work together. That way, you can push each other to actually go out and experience.⠀
Finally, treat yourself. Make yourself a promise that if you check something off your bucket list then you will do something nice for yourself. Maybe you have always been interested in bungee jumping, but have been too afraid. Put it on the bucket list and promise yourself a shopping trip or anything else you might like to bribe yourself into doing it.⠀
Life is about filling it up with as many experiences as possible, so don’t miss out on an amazing opportunity to better yourself or learn something valuable. Life begins at the end of your comfort zone, so find your comfort zone and demolish it.⠀

4 Things to remember as we push toward our goals. These four things keep us in the game, keep us grounded, and keep us invested in others:
Sacrifice. This word is thrown around way too much, used as an excuse for neglect, but in this instance not something that is avoidable.
1️⃣To reach our goals means to make a goal more important than something else in your life for a period. Somewhere we will sacrifice as we laser focus to reach our goal. This is naturally unavoidable. What is not natural is neglect or using it as an eternal excuse. Sure we will sacrifice, but neglecting your responsibilities is a whole other thing. You will need to sacrifice something time, hobbies, other career choices, whatever it is.
2️⃣Persistent. In order to maintain you will need to be persistent. With ambitious goals comes many failures. Persistence will carry you through the hard times. As I’ve said before through the storms, not never a storm. We will experience storms but the persistence takes that storm and makes it a tool to sculpt us into better versions of ourselves.
3️⃣Thankful. There is never a reason to not be thankful. On our worst day, our biggest defeat, we are still breathing and able to move forward. That is a reason to be thankful. Honor the day with thankfulness. Some who were here yesterday are not today.
4️⃣Pay it Back. We all started somewhere. No one woke up Warren Buffett or Bill Gates. Each one of us start on that even playing field, the bottom of the ladder. Throughout your journey bring along younger individuals just starting out, invest in them knowledge that you learned so they can be accelerated forward.
