Listen to your body.
Don't settle for taking pills and eating crap food. if you have a lot of allergies, or you find you are getting sick often, chances are healing your gut might help. Your immune system is impacted by what you eat.
Your fuel drives your body. If you eat a burger and fries with a soda from MC in the box at lunch, then feel like crap at 2:30..... it's not because you have the itis or that 2:30 feeling. It's because you ate the wrong type of fuel and your body is incapable of processing it.
Home example: take a slice of white bread and stick it in a glass of water. Watch as it turns to glue. Think about what happens to that bread when you put that bread in your stomach. It turns to paste.
Start cooking at home and read what is in you food. If the first several ingredients on a food label are sugar or chemicals that you can't spell or say out loud... should you really give that to your kids or your family let alone put it in your stomach?
Pick your five favorite family restaurant meals and try learn to make them in a healthy way. Cook at home every night for 5 days.
