Wow, Wenn man abnimmt, sieht man den Unterschied selbst kaum. Deswegen habe ich zwischendurch ein paar Bilder gemacht um einen Fortschritt für mich sichtbar zu machen. Innerhalb von 3 Monaten habe ich 10 kg abgenommen. Die Frage ist wie. Ich habe nicht gehungert, im Gegenteil. Ich habe gut gegessen, aber eben anders. "Fdh" und Sport sowie den einstieg in eine Fleischfreie Welt halfen mir dies zu schaffen. Ich bin fitter und motivierter. Es ist ein tolles Gefühl in Kleider zu passen ohne im Kopf zu haben "Ich seh darin nicht gut aus" . Jetzt empfinde ich mich schöner als je zuvor. Es lohnt sich immer sich für sich selbst zu ändern. Und die Motivation, woher kommt die ? Ganz einfach, @dread_monkey ist meine Motivation. Sie hat Anfang des Jahres mit dem Joggen begonnen und mich damit begeistert. I broke my vegan diet today with a lettuce veggie wrapped salmon, carrot, and avocado sushi 🍣😋 (Only sushi could do this! 😁). Shrimp scampi meal prep ✔️ Prep: 5 mins Cook: 15 mins Serves: 3 Ingredients 🍴 1/4 lb medium sized shrimp (fresh or frozen) 2 cups steamed broccoli 1/2 lb whole wheat pasta 2tbsp lemon juice 2tsp garlic powder 2tsp salt 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/4 cup white wine 2tsp coconut oil Method🍴 In a medium pot boil water and cook pasta (i prefer al dente, for whole wheat spaghetti that’s about 10 mins!) While pasta is cooking, in a medium sauté pan combine coconut oil, shrimp, lemon juice, and seasonings Sauté until shrimp are pink and firm (about 6 mins) Deglaze pan with white wine, simmer for 2 mins Add steamed broccoli to pan and coat with sauce Add 1/4 cup of pasta water if desired Add pasta to pan and combine to coat the pasta with the sauce🍴 #mealprep #recipes #foodblog #dairyfree #pestcatarian
