pesto penne for the win🍴i went through old recipes on my blog and found this vegan avocado pesto recipe that i decided to make for my take on #banzaplusplants
🌱 it’s actually the easiest thing to make and tastes like italian guacamole... if that makes any sense 😂 i got most ingredients from @traderjoeslist

ingredients: • one avocado • 2 tablespoons of walnuts • 1.5 cup of basil • 2 tablespoons of @navitasorganics
hemp seeds • juice from one lemon • 1/8 cup of olive oil • a nice dash of @simplyorganicfoods
paprika, garlic, and black pepper • 2 garlic cloves • 1/4 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
literally just blend it all together in a food processor or blender and you’re good to go.🌿 enjoy!
