Here's another day in the life of my stomach:
Breakfast - Avocado on rosemary olive toast with pickled red onions and a side of arugula salad. Green tea.
Snack- Smoothie with banana, frozen strawberries, frozen spinach, white beans (yes, we add canned white beans to our smoothies!) almond butter, flax seeds, chia seeds and dates.
Lunch- Hummus, carrots, celery, handful of nuts (I was really busy that day so it was a quick one!)
Snack - Dried mango
Dinner - Superiority Burger "megamouth" burger, and "superiority boat" --> brown rice, tofu, cabbage, sunflower crunch and some sort of delicious creamy sauce. * @superiorityburger
Dessert -> Ben & Jerry's P.B. & Cookies #Nondairy

Here's the 411: A quick entry into @myfitnesspal
shows this totals: 2,065 calories, 202 g carbs, 90 g fats, and 63 g protein. I don't count calories, micro or macronutrients (except for YOU right here right now!). If the RDA of protein is .8 g per kg of body weight, then once again, I have exceeded my protein requirements by more than 10g without even trying.
