♦️Pass urine often, do not hold back your urine .
♦️ Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water or water-based drinks each day. Do not include drinks with caffeine, like coffee or tea .
♦️Do not drink beer, wine, and mixed drinks (alcohol) or caffeine. These can bother the bladder .
♦️Wear cotton underwear (breathable fabric). .
♦️Women should not wear overly tight underwear or pants. .
♦️Do not use feminine hygiene sprays or drying soaps. ♦️Practice good hygiene. Wipe from front to back to keep germs from going in your body. .

When we’re overwhelmed, we aren’t always rational. We become flustered and make decisions that support the overwhelm.
Instead of feeding into the cycle and feeling tense up to your ears, what’s one task you can take OFF of your list today? Is there something you can nix that will relieve the tension you feel in your body?
It IS possible that all tasks before you aren’t as urgent as you think or can be delegated.
Note to self: carrying a lighter bag may also help with shoulder tension.
