I’m not sorry for all my workout posts...
The only opinion you should worry about is your own. The only path you should follow is the one you made for yourself. You need to create for your own path for success.
Put the effort in, because YOU are worth it!
I don’t post my videos and photo to drive others crazy. Or to make others feel bad about themselves. I don’t do it to toot my own horn....
I do it in the hopes to help motivate others.
To show that YES it is possible
When I started two years ago, there was lost of doubters. Even today people tell me “You can stop working out now, you have lost enough weight”
Um.... no I can’t!
This isn’t all about weight lost!

Two choices today, do it or don’t do it!
I did it! Cardio flow, day 5️⃣8️⃣/8️⃣0️⃣ I aimed for 30 minutes at least but got all 45 minutes done. Breakfast tried to reappear a few times, and we had multiple power cuts! The muscles weren’t willing but the brain sorted them out.
I finished and showered. Just as the removal van arrived! Cue the next six hours of packing and chaos. But when they left we collapsed in a heap, there’s no way I’d have got my workout in after all that!

DAY 58 THOUGHTS: The weekly Cardio Flow workout (which sounds so easy and relaxing but is probably the hardest one for me) has been the most dreadful workout in this 80 day program because we increase the intensity of the same workout moves every few weeks. My heart rate is up for a longer time than normal, its repetitive and boring, it’s all body weight moves, I could find so many excuses as to why I could just get it done and over with without enjoying it. .
BUT there’s no point in having any other attitude other than JOY. I CHOSE to do this workout program to better myself. I CHOSE to stick with it 100%. I have NO control what the exercises are and am not going to change them so I’d better call on the Lord for joy and focus on the LONG list of positive things: my endurance has improved since first doing an easier variation of this, I must have drank a lot of water yesterday because I was SWEATY, I get time in the morning to workout unlike some people, PRAISE GOD that the fruits of the Spirit ARE love, peace, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control (Galatians 5:22-23) so when I feel that I’m lacking in them I can get help! There’s so many positives to this challenging workout. And it translates over to other things in life that I won’t be able to control but I’ll have to do anyways because of the commitments I’ve made. I can honor the Lord and be set apart by choosing joy in the midst of the challenge.
WHOOO PRAISE GOD FOR NEW PERSPECTIVES
Some days you have time to get everything done with hours to spare, other days you can’t keep up from the moment you wake up. For me, it’s been a month of the latter, and it’s definitely not been easy. So, stuff has piled up a bit. The dishes, the laundry, the dog hair that clusters by the floor boards when I haven’t vacuumed for over a week...and let’s not talk about me just realizing it’s tax season and I’ll need to do those soon too 🤦🏼♀️ .
One thing I haven’t slacked on is my workouts and nutrition. It would have been easy (so incredibly easy) for me to just use my lack of time as an excuse, but you make time for what’s important to you. Right now taking care of myself is way more important than the tasks on my do do list, and Im not mad about it 💁🏼♀️

Then headed to “the baby house” as Freddy was calling it to help some new mommies figure out their baby carriers. Oh my goodness so many TINY babies! It was wonderful! Workout done and now getting dinner prepped! Tomorrow it snows 😭😭😭😭😭

Filming on #MarvelStudios ’ Captain Marvel movie has begun again. A #BehindTheScenes look at the filming was caught by a video taken from the set. #BrieLarson can be seen in the #Kree -Suit along with her stunt double and several other members of the production crew.
Captain Marvel had begun filming earlier this year but paused production after about a week. This was reportedly for reasons involving tax laws in California, where the film is being shot.
