TGIF. If you’re in the mood for something sweet (like we are), try this recipe for tahini bites. They’re full of healthy unsaturated fat and are a great source of plant-based protein. 🌱 🌱 Just *try* not to eat all the batter while making them. 😛
1 cup rolled oats
4 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp honey or agave
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until dough like texture is formed. Scoop tbsp portions and form into balls. Transfer to fridge, let chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Introducing our own take on the Idli Sambar. Idli are savoury rice cakes, made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice. And the Sambar is a lentil-based vegetable stew or chowder, cooked with tamarind broth.
