I am strong Woman. Everything that has hit me in life I’ve dealt with on my own. I’ve cried myself to sleep. Picked myself back up and wiped my own tears l. I’ve have grown from things meant to break me. I get stronger by the day. & I have God to thank for that. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️
Soy una mujer fuerte. Todo lo que me ha afectado en la vida lo he tratado por mi cuenta.
Lloré al dormir, y limpié mis propias lágrimas . He crecido de cosas destinadas a romperme.
Me vuelvo más fuerte cada día.
Y le agradezco a Dios por eso.

Add value to your home or business buildings. What a difference a little Rendering renovation project can do to your property. Link below📌
When it comes to selling your house, first impressions are everything. Buyers are notoriously harsh judges and are often spoilt for choice. That’s why street appeal is so critical, and a quick exterior renovation can add considerable value to your home.
This makeover highlights the problems with the original facade of this red-brick suburban house, and addresses them with five strategic renovation ideas done in under a week.
1. SECURE THE PERIMETER
Originally, the remnants of a broken steel fence were all that separated the front yard from the nature strip. One idea was to take the aluminium roof sheets from an old garden shed in the backyard (which was destined for demolition) and attach them to the fence’s existing metal frame, creating a physical barrier to the street.
2. DEFINE THE DRIVEWAY
Creating a driveway adds value to the property, and prevents cars from driving up and parking on the front lawn – never a good look. The driveway has parking space for two cars and was made with compacted gravel finished with two coats of Pour-On resin, a laying of the concrete driveway.
3. TIDY THE GARDEN
Scrappy garden beds and random tufts of greenery gave the impression of a neglected, unloved front yard. Neat gardens are a great way to add value to a house, so we came up with the idea of creating new garden beds made from low-cost timber sleepers. Place them along the home’s exterior walls and then added the plants, which I simply recycled from the overgrown backyard.
4. RENDER THE BRICK
By far the biggest investment the charcoal colour of the house with a light-grey paint for the roof tiles, downpipes and guttering, and crisp off-white for the window frames.
5. MAKE AN ENTRANCE
The final task to completing the façade renovation was tackling the front porch. Some charcoal paving paint for the bare concrete steps and landing ensures it blends in with the rest of the home’s exterior.
Size does not matter we live for the small jobs this was another front fence in Doncaster. Get I touch with us today to find out what we can do for you and your property.
A job we completed in Patterson lakes. Turned out beautiful and looks really good next to the water.
Front fence in bentleigh only a small job but keeps us busy. As they say size does not matter 😂😂😂
Just a small. One completed in dingley as you can see there were some changes made to wall this cost the client 900 dollars we were in and out and left the wall ready to paint
The R32 came back from the shop driving better then ever. We found out that it has a aftermarket 2 way differential installed and aftermarket coil overs, braced and strut bars through out. This Skyline is drift ready. 🏎💨
When i imported this car, none of these mods were included on the list besides the HKS intake and aftermarket rims. They listed in the description that it might need new rear tie rods or ball joints. At least i know it’s the 2 way differential causing the rough turns. 😂 #lucky
This was for a volume builder Simmonds signature homes we did last year, we specialise in lightweight architecture moulds so if you have something in mind you would like for us to do to your property. Send us a message and a member of our staff will call you back.
This was for a family friend looking to sell their first home. We only rendered the front of the property as it was a last minute decision and the house was on the market.
A backyard we transformed in armadale, we built the retaining walls from besser bricks, did all the tanking let the landscapers come through and plant the trees then finished the walls in a four (4) coat acrylic render system with a 10 year warranty. Finished in deluxe white duck.
Something a little bit a different a pizza oven we did for a client in Brighton.
Unfortunately we forgot to take the tape off the windows before the photos. This is in Moorabbin and once again perfection 💯✨
Just a quick one never took the before photo but this was in a laneway at the back of Nicholson Street North Richmond. I'm sure it's covered in graffiti by now. I think we charged $2300 for this job and it took us 2 and half days.
