We’re loving our yellow rain jacket photos right now!🧥 A truly iconic West Coast fashion staple. 🌊
The lack of snow in the mountains is a bit distressing, but it’s hard to complain about the sunny cold weather (my favorite). The riding has been great (despite what my metal plate might say) and the sunrises even better. #spokanedoesntsuck #lovespokane #spokaneplayground
A few minutes and a few feet from the previous post, this sky happened. First sunset of first backpacking trip.
😏 You should’ve camped out too, @matt_krah

“Sentinels” Taken this fall season in Utah. I’ll be running some prints of this shot... if you’d like to get one send me a message soon to get before Christmas!
Sometimes the blue hour is appropriately named because my fingers were turning blue by the time I headed for home. High clouds with a tpuch of pink had me thinking sunrise might be divine but clouds on the eastern horizon blocked the light as if somebody had turned out the lights and this lovely bit of light was all we got. It's okay--I'll take it! 11/16/18
By far one of my favorite hikes in Arizona forsure!!! Have you seen these blue waters???
4 months ago, I was training hard and had my sights set on squatting over 300 lbs at a meet in Des Moines. With patience and a lot of work, I did it. I left that meet with a medal and with plans to keep getting stronger and stronger. Now, I can’t get off of massage or MRI tables without help. I am faced with the very real possibility that that meet and those PRs might be my last. This, my friends, is a heartbreak and a lesson all wrapped up into one. I don’t yet know what the future will hold for my back or even whether I will ever have a chance to lift again. What I do know, what has been so beautifully illuminated, is that asking for help might always be uncomfy, but I am surrounded with incredibly loving humans who are willing to help and hold me. This is hard. Pain is hard. And all of it is made so much better because of love. Lessons, my friends.
life is a collection of moments + today i’m feeling extra grateful for these ones

I love all the monolithic rocks of Southern Utah; it must be a rock climbers paradise.
This is Pectols Pyramid across from the Hickman Bridge Trail.
The oldest stories ever told are written in the stars. Stories of time before humanity, when legendary Pokemon ruled the earth.
a friend that builds a miniature floral crown for your toy bunny, is a friend worth keeping.
It always amazing me how much the temperature drops in the desert once the sun goes down! My tolerance for the cold is all but lost. I would rather be out here in July! Have you been to white pocket?
