Fancy an exotic salad ?
Discover the Friseline, pineapple and crab salad.
Green lemon and coriander sauce:
Squeeze 1 green lemon, chop ¼ of a cut coriander bunch.
Mix the green lemon juice, 6 tablespoons of sunflower oil and the chopped coriander.
Add salt and pepper, keep it fresh.
Peel ¼ of mango, ¼ of pineapple and 1 avocado. Cut them in cubes.
Spray the avocado, mango and pineapple with 1 lemon juice to avoid blackening.
Peel 150 gr of cucumber and cut it in cubes.
Cut finely 3 FRISELINE.
In a bowl, mix the vegetables, fruits, crab and FRISELINE.
Season it with the sauce.
