1/2 a bag of Coconola granola @grandyoats
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Process in food processor. Pour into baking pan lined with parchment paper or coconut oil. Set aside.
1/2 frozen banana
1 packet pitaya @pitayaplus
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup pb
1/8 cup unsalted peanuts
1 tablespoon coconut flour @nutiva
Process, then pour onto to bottom layer. Cover & Freeze for 4 hours. Slice and enjoy! 💕”

Another super healthy (and quick!) breakfast idea💡Blitz coconut, plain greek or quark yogurt (these are super low in added sugars) with fresh or frozen berries, or alternatively blend the berries with some coconut milk and layer with yogurt. Add a sprinkle of oats or plain puffs on top for some healthy carbs and you will be ready for a great day ✨✨✨

UNICORN SMOOTHIE RECIPE! 🦄😍
Hands up for this refreshing and delicious beetroot powder nicecream! 🙋Who's with me? It's so fun to make and the result is awsome!!😋
💗3 frozen bananas
💗2 ripe plums or strawberries
💗2 teaspoons of beetroot powder 💗Some frozen cubes of canned coconut milk
💗Greek/plant yogurt on top
1) First you have to freeze your sliced bananas and the coconut milk in some cube molds.🍌 2) Once you have frozen that overnight, you have to blend the two plums, some coconut milk cubes, beetroot powder and some banana slices.
3) Then you put some of the mixture in a jar (that will be your bottom layer) and you add to the left smoothie some more bananas and coconut milk cubes.
4) You go by repeting this process untill your jar is completelly full up. If you want it super creamy, just put it back to the freezer for about 15 minutes.❄ 5) Time for the toppings!!! I topped the smoothie with some yogurt and a pinch of beetroot powder.🍦 6) ENJOY!!☀
