LEFTOVERS. Sautéed some tofu with turmeric, garlic salt, & Italian seasoning. Added some frozen veggies & leftover Japanese sweet potato 🍠🥦🥒🍅 sautéed in coconut aminos because that adds life to each dish. Topped some off with hummus. Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone!! ⭐️ ☀️

When I first started my journey a year ago, I was post partum and post health issues and hospitalization. I finally figured out things which were ailing me and baby weight was only a speckle of the problem. I also had to come to terms with the fact I was changing and my body was too for other reasons besides a second pregnancy and delivery. I've been there and I'm still there. I'm doing it every day. I don't "push play" every single day or hit the gym. My life isn't about a strict workout schedule and yours shouldn't be either! I'm in my 30s now, running my own businesses, shuffling to football practices, school events or projects, and frankly, Iove spontaneity! If you do too, DM me.

Govinda’s in Burleigh is one of my favourite food spots! Everything is vegetarian and anything vegan (which is a lot) is clearly labelled. Veg curry, basmati rice, cauliflower pakora’s, pesto pasta and lentil Dahl...feast 🍲🍛🍲🍛🍲

My absolute favorite thing to make in the summer and a perfect dish for a barbecue. Cowboy Caviar is flavorful, colorful, healthy and naturally vegan and gluten free🤗 And it’s the easiest meal you’ll ever make! -3 Roma 🍅. -1 can black bean -1 can cannellini bean. -2 🥑 -1 bell pepper. -1/3 cup 🌽 -1/3 cup fresh cilantro -1 jalapeño. -1/3 cup red onion. For Dressing: -1/3 cup olive oil -2 tbsp red wine vinegar. -2 tbsp fresh lime juice salt and pepper -1/4 tsp garlic powder. -1 tsp sugar Just chop everything and toss into big bowl and mix the dressing ingredients. A part of my heart was stolen today. 💗 Ellis is the newest resident at @thealicesanctuary
⭐️ A 4 week old red angus calf born with a hair lip. Calves like Ellis rarely make it past birth, solely because he would take too much work. Product line is priority. Product and profit. 💰 He was 1 out of 10 calves born with issues on a ‘farm operation.’ 9 of them were shot. He is a lucky one. 🙏🏼

Best Saturday being able to make Salted Caramel Coconut Baked Oats after a long week 🤩
40g gluten free oats
200ml+- unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 mashed banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp flaxseeds
Some coconut flakes
Piece of @loving_earth
Salted Caramel chocolate
Mix all the ingredients together and put in a oven proof dish. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on top and a piece of the loving and earth chocolate. Place in 200°c oven for 20 minutes
Bragged about how I rarely get sick yesterday and of course woke up sick 🤒 but that didn’t stop me from killin my breakfast buffet game here in France! Oatmeal, french bread and lots of fruit. Not a bad place to be sick ;)
