Got home from vacation late last night (flight delays!) and am having a candy-colored breakfast today. The frig was empty, but @marthasbest
papayas had just been delivered and in the freezer I found bananas, mango, peach, and raspberry. I whipped it up with a little raw honey, and Voila! Breakfast. Now off to the food markets!
Can it still be called a salad if you top it with a fried tamale 💁♀️ I'm embracing working late nights by cooking big, delicious lunches these days. Honestly I feel so much better! Getting so much fuel before work has prevented me from even needing much to eat later on in the day.

You will need:
2 cloves garlic minced or grated
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 chipotle peppers adobo
1/2 cup pineapple juice
¼ cup white vinegar
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks divided
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 head cauliflower cut into florets
½ of a sweet onion thinly sliced
1 jalapeno seeded + diced
½ cup fresh cilantro chopped + more for serving
Your favorite toasted corn or flour tortillas

Instructions - For the sauce
In a blender or food processor combine the garlic, chili powder, paprika, chipotle chilies, pineapple juice, vinegar and 1 cup of the pineapple chunks until completely smooth and set aside.
- Cut cauliflower into florets. Add to a large zipper bag along with garlic, onion, sauce and black pepper . Massage ingredients around until well-mixed. Let marinade in refrigerator overnight or just for a few hours..
. - Preheat grill with olive oil to medium-high heat. Add cauliflower mixture, salt, and cook, covered, until browned and onions are caramelized, about 12-15 minutes and stir occasionally .
- Once cauliflower is lightly toasted in spots, remove from grill and set aside. Place pineapple rings on grill and cook until lightly toasted and caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side. - Top each taco with fresh cilantro and even some cheese if you like and enjoy

I've began to think if I’m not present 24/7 people will unfollow or not find my page, but all of this is un-true, people will show up for you if you show up for them and the best way for me to show up is with a clear, positive and restful mindset which disconnecting will give me. ⠀

Staying fit on a holiday can be quite hard sometimes. Luckily the surroundings are very tempting to go for a hike. So today we went for a walk through the vineyards. It took us all the way up the hill in a little bit less than two hours to get a beautiful view of Puligny-Montrachet. Unfortunately, it's our last day already but I'm sure we'll be back!

Recipe: Wash, rinse, and slice king oyster mushrooms into shape of scallops. Then soak them in cold water for an hour in a separate bowl. Boil pasta in a large pot with added salt for about 15 minutes or until cooked. Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet on medium high then once mushrooms are ready and drained add them to the skillet. Let the mushrooms sear for about a minute then add about a tablespoon of butter until it melts. Flip mushrooms to cook evenly. Stir in garlic. Add 2 pinches of red pepper flakes and 3 pinches black pepper. Pour in the entire can if unsweetened coconut milk. Let it simmer and lower the heat. Add in complete seasoning and onion powder to your liking. Add a tablespoon of parsley and stir mixture. Drain pasta and transfer it to the skillet with “scallops”( mushrooms) Cook until pasta is heated through and ready. Once cooked through grate @daiyafoods
Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle @goveggiefoods
Parmesan cheese. Add more parsley to top it off. Then serve!

I am very energetically sensitive and grew up a people pleaser. In fact, my whole life was for other people! It wasn’t until I graduated college and worked a low-energy corporate job that I woke up!

Well, get ready world. Because I finally feel synergy. Being in alignment is the entire purpose of being here and it is a CONSTANT journey! Every day I follow what feels good. I’m learning to listen to that energy and the more I let down my resistance and balance my ego, the easier it is to hear/feel it.
We all deserve abundance and love! It is our natural state. Everything else is a symptom of society. I encourage a self-discovery journey. It may get lonely and isolating but nobody can take those results from you! And the best part is, you realize you don’t actually NEED anything! Everything physical you require is in nature, everything else is within. Anything outside of that is a badass benefit of being a human on planet Earth! ✨

Zero waste product update: I have now been using this- Fit Pit (great pun) organic deodorant paste for 3 weeks. Those 3 weeks just so happened to be the ultimate test for deodorant as there hasn’t been a day below 24 degrees in London and it is humid AF. I was very skeptical having never used anything other than the usual culprits with who knows what in them. THIS WORKS. Extreme heat- ✅, day at the office- ✅ and intense ballet classes- ✅. Definitely recommend.
