🥞2 cups organic rolled oats
🥞1 cup nondairy milk
🥞1/2 cup organic unfiltered apple juice
🥞1 Tbsp cinnamon 🥞1 tsp baking soda
🥞1 tsp vanilla extract
✨1 scoop vanilla JP+ Complete plant powder
✔️Blend all ingredients together in a blender (I LOVE and recommend @vitamix
✔️Pour onto heated griddle. We like to place a few blueberries and dairy-free chocolate chips into each pancake as they are cooking.
✔️Serve with your favorite nut butter and fresh berries on top 🥜🍓

featuring almond flour, coconut flour and hemp seeds 🤗found a recipe on IG and decided to try these out with some tweaks (@cndesigns
helped!)- topped them with warm blueberries and strawberries - the other ingredients are banana (to replace egg) 🍌rolled oats (turned into flour) and almond milk) all blended up and cooked in a pan -The texture is more like a banana fritter (bc of the soft center) but not bad for day 13 of our #nutritarian
detox (although 🤫this isn’t technically part of the plan 😉)

And the secret ingredient is ZUCCHINI (don’t ask me what I was thinking but it tasted bomb and bulked out my smoothie bowl 🙈🌸) Here’s a sneaky recipe...
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp cacao powder
Serving of protein (I used @pranaon
1/4 cup of soy
Scoop of coconut yoghurt
Serving of @supermesmoothies
Blend and enjoy 💫💫 HAPPY SUNDAYYYY ✖️✖️
PANQUECA VEGANA (com aproveitamento integral de alimentos ~ casca de banana)
🔸️1 xícara de Flocos de Aveia
🔸️1 c.sopa de Chia
🔸️1 Banana com casca e tudo
🔸️1/2 xícara de Água
• Bater todos os ingredientes em um liquidificador.
• Aquecer uma frigideira e, se necessário, untar com uma fio de óleo vegetal.
• Espalhar aproximadamente 1 c.sopa de massa sobre a frigideira e cozinhar, em fogo baixo, até que os lados comecem a desprender do fundo. Virar a panqueca e cozinhar por mais 2-3 minutos, até que os dois lados estejam dourados.
• Repetir até acabar a massa. Rende entre 6 e 8 panquecas pequenas.
• Servir imediatamente ou guardar na geladeira, em um pote com tampa, por até 1 semana.
• Sirva com frutas frescas, nozes, castanhas, pastas e caldas de sua preferência. Eu usei morangos, banana, nibs de cacau, melado e pasta de amendoim 🍓🥞🥝

If you aren’t a massive fan of oatmeal but still want to reap the benefits that this great source of soluble fibre provides to your gut, give these three-ingredient pancakes a try! All you need to do is blend a cup or so of rolled oats until it turns to flour (usually takes 20-30 seconds), and then blend in a ripe banana and as much almond/other non-dairy milk as is needed to form a semi-viscous batter (add more milk if you prefer thinner pancakes). Finally, fry the pancakes using a non-stick pan on a low-heat setting and top with whatever you please 😊 #vegan

We made the all-but-instant raw raspberry jam by the @theblendergirl
yesterday, and I was craving PB&J this morning.
Recipe for the plant cakes:
2 cups of almond flour
2Tbsp of coconut sugar
4 Tbsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract.
2 Tbsp of grapeseed oil.
Stir to combine.
Pan fry, no oil needed.
Top with jam, peanut butter and fresh berries.
