Made with🍌 3 frozen bananas with 1/4 cup soaked almonds, 1 date, and 💦 1/4 cup of coconut milk with 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. *Blended evrething together until thick & creamy. Swirled together with drops of raspberry compote. Made on the stove in a sauce pan with a hand full of raspberry and a 1/2 freshly squeeze of lime juice over medium heat. Whisked until thickened without any lumps. Cooled completely in ice water. And piped onto my smotthie bowl to swirl together using a tooth pick. Topped with oreos & raspberries 🤗✌

🌱Tater Tots with a side of peeled carrots, cucumbers, & beets into a intricate basket weave design, that took me 1/2 a hour to perfect. BUT it still looks amazingly well plated! 😍
With a side of red radish flowers, fresh spinach & steamed broccoli. And a few drops of bbq sauce🤗 .

These tater tots are made with 2 peeled and boiled sweet potatoes in a pot of water over medium heat, for 25 minutes until fork tender. Drain water and cool completly with cold water. In a medium bowl Shred the potatotes together with 1 small onion, 1/4 cups carrot & 1/4 cup mashed tofu. Binded together with a
EGG REPLACER:1 tbsp of flax seeds & ground flax seed with 8 tablespoons corn meal until well combined. Seasoned with 1 tsp of garlic powder, pink salt, black pepper, crushed basil, cumin, coriander, chilli flakes, smoked paprika & a pinch of fennel Greek to taste. Mix evrething together and form into rectangular cylinder shapes to the desired tater top shapes, using your hands to make a total of 6 -12 medium size taters.Bake into a 400 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 😋

Made with 2 frozen banana 1/2 fresh ripe banana, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, and a 💦1/4 cup of coconut milk. *Blended together in a blended until thick & creamy. Topped with strawberry flavored "Made Good" crunchy granola, that is a nutritiously healthy on the go snack to have! 👌With soaked almonds, 1 tsp chia seeds and homemade vegan short bread cookie hearts dipped in marbalized royal icing. ✌

✖For the royal icing I just used icing sugar mixed with a TBSP of plant milk instead of merringue for the silky smooth consistency and the cool marbalized design. OR you can also use vegan coconut yogurt for dipping but I noticed it will not harden up to set.

I had the cutest dessert the other day 😊 I have been learning huge lessons about my body and my diet lately, I have learned so much over the past 6 years!!! I realize that for me, moderation is a foreign concept. When I’m in optimal health and in alignment with the Love of our Creator, I don’t crave ANYTHING. CHEWY OATMEAL YOGURT & BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 🥞💙
Happy Sunday guys! I wasn’t initially going to share the recipe for these bc it’s kind of random, but I liked the way they turned out so I’m gonna go ahead and share it! They have a nice chewy bite from the oatmeal and chia seeds, are tangy & sweet.
Ingredients:
-1/3 cup (50g) steel cut oats, ground to flour (I recommend using a burr or coffee grinder, but a food processor should also work)
-1 heaping tbsp protein powder (I used unsweetened pea protein)
-2 packets stevia or 1 tbsp sugar
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/8 tsp baking soda
-cinnamon
-pinch salt
-1 tbsp chia seed, combine w 3 tbsp warm water and let sit
-3 oz (slightly rounded 1/3 cup) cashew or coconut milk yogurt
-splash vanilla
-1-2 tbsp milk or water, if needed (I used 1.5 tbsp)
-3/4 cup (100g) frozen blueberries
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients in a medium-large bowl. Mix dry ingredients separately and stir into wet until just combined. Add blueberries and stir. Allow to sit while you preheat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. I used a fully nonstick pan, but you may need to add some coconut oil to the pan. Scoop 1/4 cup batter into each pancake; cook for 2-4 minutes on each side. Makes 1 serving (4 pancakes). I topped mine with almond butter, banana, more cashew yogurt and a drizzle of agave.😋

Fast Roasted Sweet Beet Hummus Details👇

INGREDIENTS:
•2 medium peeled garlic cloves
•1 small red onion cut in half
•2 medium peeled & chopped beets
•1 cup cooked or canned chickpeas •1 small tomato cut in half
•2 tbsp olive oil
•1 tsp pink salt
•1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp rosemary
•1 tbsp chopped parsley •1 tbsp chopped cilantro .
PREPARATION:

1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place beets (peeled and cut into 1/2-inch wedges) with the garlic, onion and tomato halfs on a large piece of foil on a baking sheet. Drizzle the beets with oil and season with salt, pepper, herbs and rosemary.Fold foil around beets and crimp ends to form a packet. Place the tomatoes cut slide facing down and garlic and onion a side from each other covered with foil. Roast until beets are soft and tender when pierced with a knife for approx, 25 to 30 minutes.
