▫️1/4 cup rolled oats
▫️1/4 cup desiccated coconut
▫️1/4 cup @tropeaka
▫️1/3 cup peanut butter
▫️Soak cashews and dates in hot water for 10 minutes. ▫️Drain half the water and blend with all other ingredients. ▫️To make mix wetter, add more PB; to make it dryer, add more coconut or protein powder if using.
▫️Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer - in the freezer these will last a good month or two as there are no perishable ingredients.
