“Once you embrace your value, talents and strengths, it neutralizes when others think less of you.”
I need reminding if this often. It is too easy to think someone else is better than you at ➖➖ and that you have nothing to offer but honestly we are created unique so we can offer that authentic self to others.
I actually had not 1 but 2 (oh my) outlets in this photo... I did crop one out though lol

working through my the activation/familiarization component of the advance OOP class. We design these programs to safely get our members ready for the training session. The key to success is to employ progressive overload weather it be neurological or resistance based. Allowing the body to slowly adapt to new stimulus in order to get to the level of training. To allow a little improvement incremental improvement over a period of 2 to 3 months will lead you to eventual mastery.
Sarah works diligently at her Muay Thai practice in order to become the athlete she desires to be. Patience is a secret skill that she uses to grow in a safe and solid way.

Devil's Castle was a hell of a hike (Ha, see what I did there?). But seriously, some very sketchy rock climbing somehow got involved. I'm also behind on hiking photos. So...sorry in advance if I get carried away.

I ask you to turn in and reflect on what you used to enjoy as a child... What is it you enjoy now?
Are there similarities or a disconnect?
Do you feel the same / different amounts of joy ?
Do you allow yourself to tap into this energy and play?
At what point did you shut your inner child away?
In a society that is so focused on growing up quickly or moving on to the next best thing
let's stop and take a moment and remember we are all somebody's child..
After connecting with my sister on the night of the #eclipse
I was brought back to so many childhood memories we shared
It triggered something deep inside and throughout the weekend I've been connecting to what used to bring me joy & happiness as a kid!!
Being outside for fresh air & sunshine 🌞
Connecting with friends, family & animals close to me
As a result I feel so refreshed and connected to my true essence💮 ~~
these are some photos of flowers I got to smell this weekend 🌸🏵🌹🌻🌼🌷🌱🌿🍁🍂🍃

There's no such thing as a bad food. Foods don't inherently have a bad chemical structure. To think that certain foods are bad or good is too simplistic. Sure, some foods may have better composition than others when looked at on a spectrum, but, it’s rarely the food, especially natural whole foods, that are the problem. Rather, it’s our own environments -- the physiology we dump the food into, that sets the stage for how foods react in our bodies. If all of us moved and exercised a bit more/better, slept and recovered a bit more/better, played a bit more, and ate the right balance of foods in the right amounts often enough, then most of us probably would not have many issues with most foods, no matter what end of the “better” spectrum they are on.
