I started my online coaching side business 10 months ago and ever since then, I have grown so much as a person. I didn’t know where my life would take me and what a year from now would look like, but I’m so happy I took this leap of faith.
When I started, I ask myself why I wanted to do online coaching and what were some of my goals I want to hit in my life.
1. I wanted to be more accountable of my own health & fitness everyday.
2. I truly wanted to health others on their own health & fitness journey.
3.I wanted to create new friendships
3. I wanted to travel more
4. I wanted to start my own team and lead them to success.
5. My long time goal is to fully work from home and be my own boss and be able to support my future family.
This hasn’t been easy for me, I had to do lots of personal growth for myself first, I had to sacrifice some things, but I stayed motivated and focus for my team and challenger and be a role model. I’m not perfect in anyway, I make mistakes and it’s ok. Everyday I’m learning from my top leaders and how to grow in my life and my business. I’m not giving up!

What should be the simplest thing ever has been twisted by society and quick fixes and magic diet pills and this and that. The bottom line is we need to fuel our bodies with great foods that fuel our bodies. It’s that simple.
What isn’t simple is hearing everyone say “oh you need to do this” “you need to try this” “oh this way is better than what you’re doing” “ya know you could lose weight a lot faster is you did this”
Those are all things that I have heard from people many, many, many times! Imagine you’re trying to find what works for you and you keep hearing this. You get discouraged and you start to think “wait, should I be losing faster?” But y’all it is not about fast, it’s about LONG LASTING!!! For someone who struggles with food and struggled with a relationship with food and binge eating, the last thing I need to be doing is giving shit up because that’s what leads me to an epic binge. That’s what led me to flare up after flare up after flare up with my hashimotos.
And honestly, you can’t look at this picture and say that what I’m doing isn’t working. I don’t care if I’m not eating what you think I need to be eating in order to be healthy.
Back when I was scarfing down pizza, fast food, take out, and everything under the sun-nobody had anything to say. Back when I was drinking to the point where I would make myself sick-nobody said anything.
Now that I prefer to eat healthy-EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO SAY!

Why do you run??? Easy answer... I run for my health. i I run because for some strange reason it makes me happy.
Truth is... when you understand the difficulties of not breathing on your own. Your perspective changes.
In 2012, I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without my inhaler in hand. I am currently training for my 1st Marathon (26.2miles). Without Shakeology, Hip Hop Abs, T25, 22Minute Hard Corps, Yoga Retreat and now Insanity Max 30 I would have never lost enough weight to give Running a try. Since 2013 I have lost and kept 70lbs off my body. Though I'm not at my ideal weight I am off 11medications. Maybe I'll never achieve a "runners body" but my image of a runners body is one that is healthy and able to finish.
Day 10 of Insanity Max 30, I'm not sure I will workout but I did complete a 5K run tonight.

been over thinking this Summer work schedule and while printing up some goals for my students.... I got to thinking of my own #goals
