Let me break you off with a little Manly Monday. Happy Monday everyone!!!!
Sitting in an airport waiting for our second plane of the evening/morning, a little peeved at a chatty old babushka seatmate, and missing my pup nugget, but dangit I can’t be anything but grateful. We witnessed an incredible gesture of commitment to love in several of the most stunning landscapes. It’s a real good life y’all.

I had an amazing visit to central Oregon this weekend, though I really wish it had been for longer! A friend moved out to Sisters a couple months ago so I went out to visit and see his lovely new home! We kicked off the weekend by going to Smith Rock. It was crazy seeing the rock climbers scaling the sides. You couldn't pay me to do that! 😅 I have quite a few more photos from this weekend to post, excited to share them! 😊
Was someone not paying attention when they made this? 😂😂 Actually this is a very special tee, specifically called an instrument tee. One side is short for a very important reason. Imagine a fully piped brew house or stainless piping running to your tanks. There's too much to break down every day to soak parts, so you use your pump and a cleaner that cycles through all the pipes. You see, when you have inline probes or pressure gauges installed, with a regular tee there's just too much space in there for your CIP (clean in place) to get in there and effectively clean it. Instrument Tee's reduce dead space for a more effective clean. Now, if I had a valve on there that's a different story. I'll show you a couple examples where I'll be using mine soon. 📸🎉😎
Twenty-one people died in the Boston Molasses Disaster of 1919 when a massive tank of molasses burst on a warm day, sending a 25ft high wave of sweetener through the city at 35mph.
“Every mountain top is within reach if you just keep climbing.” – Barry Finlay - Not ready for the weekend to be over but it’s time to go climb that Monday Mountain. Have a great day! #mountainmonday
