It’s been a rough snow year here in the #pnw . That sort of thing doesn’t seem to bother @nwacus pro observer Laura Green as she makes her way to teach @mountainsavvy students working to complete AIARE Level 1 Avalanche course.
It's not the water fall I woke up thinking I was going to be taking a picture of, but I'm glad it ended up being this one. No we didn't have to hike to it, but it was a must see site. And the other one will be there next time!
It’s funny how you perceive things radically change once you start cultivating a new skill set. The novice skier in thyself has quickly judged the situation looking at the slope. All he wants to do is ski wherever.
I guess it’s all going downhill from here
If you don’t know @echo_photo you probably should! Jessi is the magic behind this shot and the most fun, genuine, adventure seeking photographer I know. How perfectly did she capture this winter sky we slept under this weekend?! We are so lucky to have photos like this to look back at these memories. 😍
3am WA time.
That is the time I dragged myself out of bed to get a workout done in a half lit, barely equipped, hotel gym (and these grainy ass pictures are my only proof as I was ded).
I spent the last week in Atlanta working one of the biggest conventions for 9-11 hours every day. 6/7 of the mornings I was there, I made it to the gym, even if it was only for 30 minutes. Why? Because fitness is one of my top priorities & something I throughly enjoy. When you have your priorities straight, you tend to find yourself being #intentionalAF . And not everyone is going to understand that. Some call the people who lose sleep for a workout or who go to the gym on vacation crazy.. And some might say those who don’t, are also crazy 😜Make your priorities your own & remember, there’s always someone out there working harder than you.
I’ll never believe I was put on this earth to be mediocre, so I encourage you all to keep striving for more.. whatever that may be. 💪🏼
