I just passed this car on the freeway, the driver looked really sad and put out... Probably an unrelated issue... #trump #putin #maga #politics

Today’s inspiring woman is Ariana Grande.
Yes Ariana Grande has been a household name for as long as many people can remember, and she’s been a pop figurehead for a better part of the last decade - but this past year we saw Ariana blossom and grow into a different woman than she was before. She was faced with trial and tribulation, and at the end of it all, made it clear she wouldn’t let the darkness of the world get the best of her.
Coming off of a terrorist attack on her concert in 2017, this year we saw Grande get engaged, then break it off, and then lose one of her first boyfriends to a drug overdose, all of which she handled with candid style. Not only did she release the surprisingly forward-thinking album Sweetener that didn’t just cater to basic radio trends, but she also released a damn good break-up anthem with “thank u, next.” Grande has been an inspiration to young girls ever since her Nickelodeon days, but she has grown more than anyone could have imagined.
(This post talks about religion, particularly Christianity. If this isn’t your thing, you can choose to skip over it or stick around. Up to you) I’ve been a Christian for all my life. Today, I’ve realized I sin more throughout each and every day than I initially thought. Lots of things are sins and repenting is hard for certain ones. Me, personally, lust is my hardest sin to repent from. But understanding that each sin is weighted similarly to others makes me realize something important: we are all sinners and we all equally deserve hell; it takes one little sin to make someone unworthy of God’s kingdom. This means that only Jesus himself has the right to judge us as individuals. And only he can save us from hell. That’s why it’s important to understand—as Christians—that accepting Jesus in your life as your personal lord and savior is key. Pursuing a personal relationship with Jesus and instilling faith in him is what’s essential to being saved by him. This applies to all of us. No matter what, we will all sin. And each sin is evil. It doesn’t matter if you’re a murderer or if you lust. Sin is sin. That’s why Jesus died on the cross, to pay the price for our sins. And that’s why I don’t judge other people or assume their fate once they die. I won’t assume a murderer will automatically go to hell and I definitely won’t assume someone that is gay or any part of the LGBTQ+ will go hell. Because I’m no better than them. I sin just like they do which means if they are deserving of hell, so am I. I love Jesus and I know he’ll always have my back. I know he’ll always love me. But I also know he loves gays and other sinners. I know Jesus loves the murderer, but not what the murderer did. Jesus doesn’t like my sins and that’s why he died on the cross the pay the price for it. No wonder what, regardless of how bad you have sinned, please don’t think that Jesus hates you or that you’ll burn in hell for such sins. Turn to him, Jesus is waiting for you with open arms. Have your faith in him and ensure a personal relationship. Remind yourself every day that Jesus saves and that he loves you. God bless.

I’m begging those of you I follow to not turn into these idiots. Let it go and focus on all the factual faults with Trump. Namely the fact that he’s a stupid, racist piece of $hit.

What happens when home sales decrease? Home values decrease, which results in lessened appraised values, which ultimately results in less tax income for local government, which results in government tightening the budgetary belt? Ha! #WatchYourWallet
"Homebuying in and around High Desert communities fell 5.7 percent in a year with the fewest San Bernardino County sales since 2014.
Key culprits in 2018’s slowdown include higher mortgage rates and economic uncertainty — not to mention homeowners seeking new residences who couldn’t unload their old home. Here’s what my trusty spreadsheet told me when looking at house-hunting patterns at the neighborhood level.
ATTOM Data Solutions found these homebuying trends in the San Bernardino County area including Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley and east to Nevada — fourth-quarter median selling prices and 2018 total sales …"

- "Cement" Series: The cement series, as a vehicle that departs from texts, mimics the columns on newspapers. It raises fundamental questions about politics and its relationship to the media. Newspaper literature and political events interact at a societal level, it has social functions and is where the majority of social facts are born. Newspaper literature's development is also closely connected to a democratic political system and the freedom of speech. By paralleling the newsprint layout of three different country’s mainstream media on the day after the 2018 United States midterm election, we see how different cultures differ in their democracy, focuses, regulations and moral spirit #artfushiongallery
