I'm on holidays so I couldn't take my update photos but here is "3 days before VS 4 weeks post show". I can GUARANTEE that I'm not looking anything like this after all the eating and missed workouts this week. And I think I'm coming down with a cold, but I couldn't care less! I'm loving life on holiday.
-WEEKS POST SHOW: 5
-WEEKS UNTIL PREP: 26
-WEIGHT: Like 354??? No idea.
-FOOD THIS WEEK: eating as close to my macros while traveling but the cheat meals are never ending this week in London and I love it.
-TRAINING THIS WEEK: 3 lifting sessions and no cardio but walking everyday, all day around London.
-ENERGY/STRENGTH: Jetlagged AF so I did my best but not great.
-NEXT WEEK: Honestly all I want is to go back to my plan. I love the treats but I ate SO much at my friends party last night I felt sick all day. Can't wait to crush my cardio, and hopefully I don't have a cold!

Couple of shots following today’s pull session
Weighed myself for the first time in 2 weeks this morning and was 241.4lbs, that’s a 0.6lbs drop whilst food has increased 300 calories per day to 4300 in that time
Becoming a dog owner has increased my weekly expenditure by 40k steps 😬 so going to bump calories up a small amount and aim to maintain until November, not quite ready to start dropping weight just yet...

I cried😭 and prayed "God, life has been so awful please send me an angel! someone👼 who will put a 😁smile on my face, someone who will inspire me to grow-who will stimulate my soul to come alive! so I can do more, be more, someone who will improve me, and he said....
