Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! It's been ages. Lots of mothers have called, sent DMs and messages asking how I was and just to find out what was going on. I really appreciate the concern and show of care. I am really grateful. This year has been really a busy one for me, apart from the fact that I was heavily pregnant, I was really occupied with a major project at my company. So I have really been on and off the gram. Finally, I gave birth to a beautiful girl, Natania-Grace, 10 weeks ago. I have been trying to adjust to taking care of a toddler and a new born and having to start gearing up to get back to work. Honestly, kudos goes to all mothers out there. You all do so much to keep the family going. I am ready to get back to sharing my recipes again. I will also be sharing recipes I am taking to help with lactation, to stay fit and not blow up. I have to look good for my husband - wink wink. Remember, I am always open to questions. Just slide into my DM and ask, I will always happily answer them. Once again thank you for all the calls, messages and DMs I really appreciate it. So I have a simple juice recipe to share, this is not only for your baby but the whole family can enjoy it too. I have been taking it after delivery. Don't know why🤷🏽‍♀️maybe it's post pregnancy cravings 😜😜 Ingredients 🍊Freshly squeezed orange juice 🍊Pawpaw 🍊Apple Steps 🍎Refrigerate the fruits till they are cold. 🍎Squeeze the juice out of the orange. Have quite an amount of the juice. This will be the liquid used to blend. 🍎Remove the pawpaw skin and cut the pawpaw into small pieces. 🍎Remove the apple skin and cut the apple into small pieces. 🍎Place the cut fruits into a blender and add the orange juice. 🍎Blend until smooth. Plus BBQ chicken I grilled while pregnant and stocked in the deep freezer for times like these.

S P O R T M I T B A B Y 👶 Vor meiner Schwangerschaft war ich 4 Mal die Woche im #gym , fast ohne Ausnahme. Warum? Weil es mein einziges großes Hobby war! Heute habe ich den #babyboy und der stellt meine Welt manchmal ganz schön auf den Kopf 😁👌 Ich gehe 2 Mal die Woche zum Sport, das sind feste Termine, die ich mit meinem Freund vereinbart habe. Alles andere muss ich spontan machen, je nachdem, wie der Babyboy drauf ist und wann zwischen den anderen Terminen noch Zeit zu finden ist. Aber der Unterschied ist? Es ist ok für mich! Statt ins Gym zu gehen, verbringe ich jetzt so gern Zeit mit meiner Familie, weil mir diese Momente keiner mehr zurück holen kann. Ich vernachlässigte den Sport trotzdem nicht, denn er ist ein wichtiger Teil in meinem Leben und ohne fehlt mir etwas! ☝️Ich habe einfach nur etwas daran verändert und sehe den Sport jetzt als Ausgleich zu meinem #momlife 😊 Und damit fühle ich mich sehr wohl, denn nichts ist größer, als die Aufgabe, ein kleines Wesen zu versorgen ❤️

6 WEEKS POSTPARTUM The past 6 weeks have been the most challenging, both physically and emotionally. I have forgotten how hard and stressful breastfeeding is. During these 6 weeks period I’ve had 4 cases of mastitis, which made my breastfeeding journey even harder. Lots of pain, lots of tears and countless hours of pumping. I’m still fighting mastitis at the moment. Spent most of my day in the ER today. Mastitis is probably the most painful feeling I have ever experienced in my entire life. * * This picture was taking after my postpartum visit, when I got the ok from my OB to get back to my workouts and the life I used to have before baby. It was like a breath of fresh air...sadly it didn’t last long.. I can’t wait to get back to my workouts and feel like myself again. #postpartum #mastitissucks

So today instead of remembering how much stronger and deeper I was in this pose I am thankful to be able to have small breaths in this pose! As I’m planning homeschooling this time for two kids insured of one and with a new baby I know my plate will become more full. I’m already busy all the time running them around and feeding everyone , changing diapers, washing diapers and clothes , etc that I’m going to feel overwhelmed. Reminding myself even for 7-10minutes in my mat it will make a difference. That’s how it was after baby 2, so let’s keep it going for baby 3! The air quality has steadily declined over the course of today in the South Sound Region, and is supposed to get even worse overnight. For the safety of all the mamas and kiddos, we are CANCELING Stroller Barre class tomorrow (Tuesday 8/21) morning at the RAC, and will postpone Mini Strides/Birthday Celebration until next week. A live workout video will be posted in our Facebook group the morning, and if you’re looking to get the kids out of the house, we will meet at the Hands On Children’s Museum in Olympia at 10am for some indoor fun. 6 weeks pp vs 4 months pp. I went from not being able to pull my pants over my stomach to having a somewhat believable flat stomach xD If you swipe right, it's clear I still don't have one! HAPPY #MONDAY 😚 You already know it's my favorite day of the week! I took the weekend off to rest my body because I was hurting.. Everything was sore, I was tired, and I was having a bit of anxiety. . But today felt ammmmmazinnggg. I worked on shoulders (my usual Monday jam). Skipped the pre workout because I went later than usual and it didn't really affect me too much. I still pushed hard and got my workout done 👏👏 . We like to go without shoes during class because not only do you have better balance, you feel more "grounded" When you go barefoot you have more of a connection to your body. I'm just over here pulling a late one so that I can catch up with my groups and see how everyone is doing. Steve and I had a meeting tonight after the kids went to bed, which would usually be my business hours, but tonight things got changed up a little bit. And I'm OK with that. I could be sitting on the couch, getting caught up on Outlander, or lying in bed reading 📖, but I'm at my makeshift work area 💻 checking out how everyone is doing and meeting new people, and I'm OK with that!! To some, this may seem ridiculous, but this is what fills me up. This is what I am choosing to do with my down time because it makes me happy. Why wouldn't I take the time for me and my business instead of watching mindless TV (OK listening to that accent is not mindless, but you get my point 😉). I am making an income 💰just for working on my best self and my personal development and watching others, who trusted me to help them, do the same! WHY NOT YOU?! I have had so many conversations with so many different people who are already doing what I do without receiving the benefits that I do. In so many of these conversations the #1 objection is TIME. People do not have time to put towards themselves. To work on a healthy mindset. To make themselves a priority. And Every. Single. Time I want to ask WHY NOT YOU?! Why not take time for you? After a crazy 😱😱😱night, mama needed a major reset. Deep squat ➡️weight shift side to side ➡️ baby lift ➡️weight shift. I did about 5 sets of these, making sure to exhale before/during lifting Logan while simultaneously engaging Pelvic Floor on the exhale. I also made sure not to hold my breath during any part of the movement...I caught myself trying to breath hold when transitioning from one leg to the other, so I started adding an exhale there as well. Make sure to keep spine long WITHOUT hunching upper back or tucking your tail under for extra booty burn. When shifting weight side to side, shift onto the heel and ball of the foot equally to add to the burn too! This movement prepares me for all sorts of lifting and strengthens glutes in a SUPER functional position. Strong bootys➡️➡️healthy pelvic floor! ***Important note: I was first doing this without any weight to make sure I could do it without symptoms or without breath holding before adding weight (in this case, my 👶)!!

I’m just forever trying to be better instead of bitter.
