Ingredients 6-8 oz of steak sirloin or New York strip Romaine lettuce 1/2 cup red onion chopped 3 garlic cloves chopped 1/2 medium green pepper 1/2 medium red pepper 1/4 medium orange pepper 1/4 medium yellow pepper 2 tablespoons of Sriracha Steak Marinade 1 1/2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons dry, unsweetened Cocoa powder 2 teaspoons McCormick’s Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning 2 teaspoons McCormick’s Grill Mates BBQ Seasoning 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1 teaspoon pepper Instructions Wash and trim the fat from the steak. Pat dry. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pour ½ tablespoon of soy sauce on each side of the steak (1 tablespoon total). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Combine the seasonings in a bowl. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sprinkle the seasonings on both sides of the steak. Place the steak in a Ziploc bag. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce to the Ziploc bag. Seal the bag, removing all air. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pat the outside of the bag to ensure added soy sauce saturates the meat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Place in fridge to marinate 4-6 hours. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Grill steak to preferred doneness (i.e. medium). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ OPTIONAL: To ensure a tender, juicy steak, add melted butter. Remove the steak from the grill and allow it to cool for 5 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Place the steak horizontally on a cutting board, and slice steak into pieces. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chop red onion, garlic, and peppers. Spray a pan with cooking oil and add the veggies on medium heat. Allow to cook until garlic becomes fragrant. Add the Sriracha and allow it to cook for another 2 minutes. Add the steak slices and stir to combine all of the ingredients. Spoon the mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf.

Just saw this recipe from @shredhappens and i really loved it 😍 Just wanted to share with you guys i think you will be greatfull :D It is keto 😋 Pizza is always a tough one, because lets face it, its hard messing with the real stuff. . But it can be tough to have the real thing when you’re trying to make shred happen. Or when you don’t have a bunch of calories to spare. Or if you’re restricting your carb intake. . I generally make some form of this chicken crust pizza every week. As with any other pizza, you call the shots on the toppings. This one’s got marinara sauce, pepperoni, burrata cheese, jalapeño, and mushrooms. It gives cauliflower crust a protein-packed run for its money. . To make the crust: . 1.Preheat your oven to 425F. . 2.Take 3/4 lb boneless + skinless chicken thighs and OPTIONAL: trim off excess fat. . 3.Put the chicken thighs in a food processor and process well. . 4. Once processed, add in 1 large egg, 1 tsp sea salt, .5-1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 cup asiago or parmesan cheese, and mix well. You can add garlic powder and any other spices to your liking as well. . 5.Grab a pizza pan and make a circular crust with a very thin layer of the mixture. Depending on the size of your pan, you can get 2 pizzas out of the mixture. Oh, and it doesn’t need to be a circle. You can do it on a cookie sheet or any other oven safe pan if you prefer. . 6.Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until golden crispy. Keep an eye on the oven starting the 20 minute mark as ovens vary. . To make the pizza: . 7.Remove crust from the oven, put on your sauce + toppings, then put back in the oven for another 7-15 minutes depending on your toppings. . 8.
