Pour in a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat for 3-4 minutes. The stuffing: •10g light powdered milk •5g rice cream cereal •Sweetener of choice •A little of hot water •50g figs, diced Mix the powdered milk 🥛 with rice cream, sweetener and hot water. Pour the cream over the wrap in the skillet, add the diced figs, then roll and close the wrap (with the help of a spatula). Cook for 1 minutes more. Sziasztok! Tegnap próbáltam minél kimélőbb és gyomorbarátabb kajákat enni, szóval nem volt valami izgi a napom étel szempontjából. Reggelire pl ezt a sonkás-tojásos szendvicset fogyasztottam pirítósok között. Egyébként (nem csak, ha rossz a gyomrom) nálam ritka, ha megkenem valamivel a szendvicsem, de ha mégis akkor hummusszal szoktam, illetve régen light sajtkrémmel. Valahogy a népszerű margarinok nem nyűgöznek le, nem is szeretem az ízüket sem, bár azért be kell vallanom, hogy nagyritkán megkívánom a vajas kiflit, és mivel általában csak margarin van otthon, akkor szoktam fogyasztani, és akkor jól is esik. Persze az a másik oka annak, hogy nem kenegetek, mert annyi zsír van a bolti kencékben, hogy nekem egyszerűen nem fér bele a napomba. Inkább megeszek plusz egy-két tojást annyi “zsírért”, amennyi mondjuk annyi margarinban van, hogy ezt a két szendvicset megkenjem vele. Mert az legalább finom😀 Ti mivel kenitek a szendóitokat? Paleo Pancakes 🥞 ♥️🙌🏻 • Success!!!! I’ve been searching for a good pancake recipe for so long! My sister makes the best pancakes and I’ve been looking for a good gluten/grain-free alternative! Sweet baby Jesus I’ve found it! • • • Dry 1/2 cup almond flour 1/3 cup arrowroot powder or cassava flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon • Wet 3 large eggs 1/4 cup almond milk 1 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp apple cider vinegar coconut oil or MCT oil to coat skillet • Whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl • In a separate bowl, whisk all of the wet ingredients. YOU’LL BE THANKING ME AFTER ‼️ ———— Ever find yourself dissatisfied after a back workout?? 😔Thinking you didn’t do enough volume or weight 😡 Give this back burner a try and I GUARANTEE you’ll be thanking me afterwards‼️👌‼️ —————————————————————————— 🏋🏻‍♂️HOW TO : Set your arms roughly shoulder width apart and pull the barbell with your ELBOWS towards your belly button. Keep the bar as close as possible to your legs as you bring the barbell up and down - this will prevent you from rounding your back during the movement. Retract your scapula at the top to allow full contraction of your back during the row. Slowly bring the barbell down along your legs and prepare for the 2nd portion of the movement. As you come back up with the barbell, keep your legs slightly bent to initiate the activation of your hamstrings, following with a tight squeeze of your gluteus at the top of the motion. ⭐️Aim for roughly 10-12 reps for 2 sets. —————————————————————————— ✅Remember, this is considered a BURNOUT so check your ego and go lighter than you usually would on barbell rows.
