Bench has been a little wonky this week so stuck with 115 for all 4 sets.
Feeling a little under the weather, but that won’t stop a strong shoulder day! Cable flys are a staple to my routine for perfect isolation!
Awesome lower body day with some volume. 5x5 at 275 on squats (first set not recorded) and then 4x4 on deficits Followed up by some leg accessory work.
4 weeks in on my new nutrition plan thru a nutritionist AND with good results too!! I've lost over 5lbs of fat and gained over 3lbs of muscle! These SECA total body scans are very useful you can see EXACTLY what's going on.
Who said you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time!
Thanks @7.7nutrition @powerhousegymathleticclub
Deload day 2/2, deadlift 113kg/249lbs. Heavy doubles and singles for the next 4 weeks 🙃
‘s good mornings 😍😍😍 Also oly lifting requires athleticism that I do not have

I will forever be envy of those lifters who’s deadlift form/style is smooth and clean looking. Unfortunately for me, no matter the weight, it looks uncomfortable and rough. Even between 2 plates or 4 plates, it will still look the same. However this doesn’t mean my form is terrible (it certainly isn’t amazing), it’s just my deadlifting style that allows me to be at my strongest and also safe. I’ve worked on it for a while and it looks a little ‘rough’ but I guess it works. Honestly I could have probably gone for another 5 reps on this. Also nice to train at a new gym 😂

Starting to practice my posing now, as I plan to compete in the next year or two
I think anyone with a decent amount of training, and any interest in bodybuilding should compete
You don’t incur any long term unwanted effects, the hunger and hormonal status are simply a function of your body fat percentage, so no worries about “metabolic damage”
I’ll set myself up well by finishing my diet, and maintaining a low-ish body fat percentage while I bulk

HOTEL CABLE MACHINE GLUTE & HAM WORKOUT 🍑🍑🍑
All the food has finally caught up to training (I think, don’t want to speak too soon🤞🏾) so that’s great, but on the other hand, all the food also has me feeling floofier than ever. So I’m trying to be a little nicer to myself (and also rational). .
Yes my room’s a mess. 🗑 Scrubs on the floor, drawers still open, and suitcase half packed. But them hammies doe 😏🐷
shoulder pump always loyal 🙌🏽
305 3 sets of fucking 12. threw up after this excersise and ended going home lol, pr tho
Still tryna get rid of all these weakness out my body. I couldn’t finished the whole workout but I’m just glad I put my all into it. Normally I only focus on just strength, but after today y’all will see more videos of me doing more cardio/hypertrophy type training. I’m gonna be toned in a couple of months. In the meantime stay tuned in on my fitness journey to get to my body goal. Meal plan & workout program will come in 2019. Stay on the lookout on my promos. WOD:

**EDITED...because I can’t math** Wasn’t the best bench day but wasn’t the worst! Did 120# for a paused double. Felt really easy so I tried 130 for a paused double. Got the first one and the second went terribly wrong 😂. I did get another paused single at 130 after this so that was cool. I need to keep in mind that 120 was my 1 rep max not so long ago and now a double feels easy 🌈
Light weight barbell rows - feel a really good squeeze and contraction on these. I don’t like to extend my arms all the way down to keep constant tension on my back. Doing these straight after deadlifts are a bitch on your lower back though 😩
Strength is the key 👊🏋️♀️👌
Strength is something that can’t be seen immediately from the outside but lays within.
I think there’s a beauty in this and that’s what drew me to powerlifting. No one can know about your strength or see it like they can see big muscles .. it’s a secret that you share with the weights and no one else.
Strength is something that lays within you.
And once you have cultivated it over years, it begins to become something that you can be proud of, a relationship that you grow, and a journey that isn’t immediately visible to the naked eye, that you embark on with
