Decent session today; @kc_pl has changed the programme up a bit to keep me focused. Pause squats were 165kg for a single, 155kg for a triple and 145kg for 5. Pause deadlifts went to 205 today, that's getting hard now... Followed by 175kg for 3x3. Last video is just 190 as my last warmup. I also did some raise type things for hamstring hypertrophy but didn't film.

🙏🏿The beauty in the struggle🙏🏿 . On the left on the start of, January 2018, I was weighing about 260lbs +, I was definitely over weight, was eating a lot of junk food, and sleeping way too much. Then when I started the process on January, 1st 2018, I began to start working out 2 - 4 times a day, including the stair master for 500 calories to 1000 calories daily in my morning routine! At this time I was extremely fatigued and sore because I would do morning cardio, then workout for 2-4 hours at night every day. Also by eating 70G of Fat, 50-70G of Carbs, with 200G of Protein not including the water weight. Over the past month going into February I started to see progress and people started to see me differently, which correlated into myself having better self - esteem about myself. Going into March, I got banned from Planet Fitness for slamming the weights, and took my vision and dream to @lifetime and never stopped. From April to almost June I was at my best form weighing 210 lbs of muscle with about 10% body fat. But during those months from March to April one of my good friends , @dtpdom21 helped me gain tremendous amounts of strength of muscle on my entire physique. @dtpdom21 gave me the mindset to keep pushing and always striving for more. Going into May I decided to cancel my membership at Lifetime and decided to do more workouts at home and started to run out outside more because of the weather, and started going to church ⛪ and my mentor @jvilchez , changed my life by showing me the glory, of God! Fast forward to June and now, I have used those characteristics from @dtpdom21 and @jvilchez to become a better person not only Physically but also Spiritually. I’m out peace! -PW

Here is a wonderful upper body mobility stretch that is great for the spine, shoulder blade movement for cueing protraction and retraction, and great for the neck, lower back, and hip muscles.👏🏻👍🏼 . This movement also improves flexibility of the neck, shoulders, and spine starting from the cow position to the cat pose.🙏🏻 . Great to implement in the beginning of mobility work during warm up to make sure spine is flexible and stable for the training session.💪🏼 . Start in a quadruped position (shoulders over wrists, knees over hips) and slowly begin moving through the tailbone breathing air in into the cow position becoming completely rounded from tailbone to neck. Then exhale out collapsing chest by squeezing shoulder blades together with head pointed upwards.👍🏼👏🏻 . Work with this movement as long as you feel necessary, 3 round of 10 is suffice too!👍🏼 . Gaining strength is a process. Nothing comes easy in life. If you want something bad enough you’ll work your ass off for whatever it is. This 500 lbs deadlift PR was about 2 months of hard work and dedication. I kept thinking how bad I wanted it and worked my way up. Everyone starts somewhere. Get done what you want for yourself. DO THE WORK‼️ I’m only getting started here. 600 lbs is next 🤫

My motivation today was SUPER low. I hate the feeling of knowing that it has to be done but your body fights you. I didn’t let my body dictate why has to be done. I ended up destroying a shoulder/ab workout today. Don’t let yourself fall victim to this shit feeling.
