Shared this a little yesterday, but one of my physical goals lately is to master a handstand press. Yogis make it seem so effortless and easy, but it actually takes quite a bit of core, back and shoulder strength. I was doing a lot of strength training on my own, but recently came across the new platform @alo.moves
, which provides access to a ton of different classes and series depending on what you feel like trying.
I kicked off my free trial a few weeks ago and have been trying different videos to get some inspiration for new moves. I find it refreshing to occasionally just listen to an instructor, rather than always think about which exercises I should do on my own. They have a bunch of different intensity levels and the length of the videos varies, so you can pick based on what you have time for.
When I get a moment today, I'm planning to explore a couple more videos from the "Power10" series hosted by @dylanwerneryoga
, and I'm pretty pumped about it. I highly recommend checking out what the platform has to offer if you are pressed for time, looking to build strength without weights, or want to workout in the comfort of your own space. And to anyone else that has been trying the classes, let me know! Would love some recs for what I should try next 😊
