Day 18: later lift then usual. But this is where I go to release my stress and boy have I been stressed the F out these past few days, but I feel better every time I pull that 500. Squat I worked up to 425 and it moved really easy, but 445 looked like I didn’t even try πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ then I pulled 500 for 3 singles! . For those of you who are new to seeing this I’m deadlifting 500 everyday for September to raise awareness for Suicide Prevention Month and Mental Illnesses! This has to be the most controlled 365 I have ever pressed. Great way to go into a deload week. This has been a rough block for bench due to some tendon pain in my left arm. I have pinpointed a few areas in my training that need improvement so I will be readjusting some things to hopefully remedy this issue. Also picked up a pair of elbow sleeves from @victoryapparelandathletics and they are fantastic. They definitely reduced the pain and kept my joints nice and toasty. I recommend them if you are looking for sleeves.
