If it’s the first day, you spend more time actually attending the conference and talking to people, but you have less time to prepare. If you present later, you can work on slides and incorporate other people’s slides into your, tying everything together. Took some time off to move into a new house and nurse a minor back tweak but I'm back! Working hard towards that 700lb squat. Really focused on technique and making sure I activate my glutes.
