Yesterday was a day of Grace.
I felt overwhelmed, unproductive, and just like a big fat failure. I felt frustrated and a bit out of control.
I think we all have days like this. Sometimes I can listen to some PD, give myself a pep talk, and crawl out of my funk. That wasn't happening yesterday.
So I gave myself grace and said I would wake up and kick today's butt.
And I have. I got my house tidied and tackled one of the biggest stressors on my list--getting all the girls summer clothes out and putting away their winter wear.
I also got my workout and shake in while Peanut napped and caught up on a lot of training.
Some days just suck. It happens to all of us. But it's how we respond that matters. Instead of thinking that my life sucks (which is soo doesn't), I just had to say yesterday stunk but today is going to be great.
Stay positive mamas. You've got this!
Feeling very blessed tonight - this little lady is doing well. She’s measuring spot on for 20+3, and apart from the fact she wouldn’t turn despite a lot of jumping from me mid-appointment, the scan went as well as it could. I had blood pressure, bloods and an internal scan in addition to the normal scan, as our appointment was at a fetal research unit that does additional checks. The internal scan did however show my placenta is low and is currently quite close to the cervix. I didn’t get the impression there was any need to worry just yet, but we will have a scan at 36 weeks to ensure it’s not too low. If it is, it means a c-section, but the sonographer seemed fairly confident it’s unlikely. Something to discuss with my midwife though... (and to not to worry about in the meantime... 😬). At over halfway I’m going to cherish every day of this pregnancy - it’s flying by. •
Oh how our nights out have changed... 😆 Loving having my bestie over here 💕 Great evening @vickibarberlondon

Today looked a little different for our workout. Andy and I decided last night we would sleep in today and let our bodies rest a bit more - holy sore!! Day 60 of a program and we’re sore🙌🏼🙌🏼 #itsworking
He did his on his lunch and I did mine at nap time while listening to a team call —— which was ahhhhmazing!
We had the creator of the new program launching in April on it and this may possibly be the most excited I’ve been about a new program because I feel like it is for EVERYONE at ANY STAGE of life — completely nutrition based (exercising is just bonus) and all about your MINDSET with eating and losing weight —> more to come on that later!!🙌🏼💗 Happy Thursday all!
Dare I say yesterday might have been the most horrific day with this girl to date. The kind when they embarrass you endlessly in public with running, tantrums & screaming you’ve never seen before 🙈 The car ride where they act as if you haven’t fed them in days. The dinner where they scream in delirium every time food or a drink arrives [sorry waitress] The kind where you find yourself calling on Jesus to take the wheel bc of not you’re gonna go to jail or a nut house. Just the kinda day where you feel the other babe in you tum kicking & think “if this woulda happened 5 mos ago, it woulda been the worst/best birth control & made me say h no!” 😭 [ 📣SO & biggest thank you to Nana for always being the biggest support & helping me not completely loose my marbles!!] /// But then, while everyone’s finishing their meal, they snuggle you, do the most adorable things ever & keep whispering ‘I ya yoo’ over and over ♥️ Crazy how some day’s of mom-ing are the LONGEST but the sweet moments always make you forget it all & want to squeeze them longer. // Ps. I really wish this pic had sound. Guaranteed she’s repeating “hiiii beebeee” to her babe brother ♥️♥️[....while dad was taking in the glory of finding out it’s a boy in the desert where he became a man] /// #isitfridayyet#realtalk
Sempre cheio.
Meu primogênito, primeiro amor, tão carinhoso, será para sempre o meu bebê.

OMG 😍💕🎀 Why are little girl shoes just so dang cute?!!!! No, I did not purchase these- even though I desperately wanted to just run my arms down the whole rack & take them all 😂- because Tyler and I decided we are buying ZERO clothing for her that is brand new or full priced for her first year.
We have so many upscale resale shops & outlets that we can get her super cute things at! Babies grow so fast anyways!! Not to mention she has amazing grandparents who are going to spoil her Rotten ❤️ We want to splurge on other things like organic & safe baby products, a really nice stroller & care seat, and diapers that are chemical free.
Moms, what were the baby items you splurged on & the ones you got used??? •

This was 36 weeks 😍😄 My sweet angel William has become even more clingy to me... which makes me wonder if he can tell baby brother is about to be here or if it’s just a phase. 🤔🤷♀️ Either way I don’t mind because I love when he wants me! ❤️ it’s good for my momma heart because I know one day he’ll be too busy for me. #mommasboy#36weekspregnant#runningoutofroom#cantwaittomeethim
