DID NOT BENCH OR SQUAT ROUTINELY BETWEEN FEBRUARY MEET- THIS MEET
so not bad numbers considering
very rarely did I squat, but didn't bench once between the comps
1st squat sleeves do nothing, literally slide right on for warmth I forgot my comp sleeve's when I left the house. 🤷🏼♂️
2nd squat which was 3rd lift, didn't record 1st lift. with wraps was like 8lb meet PR 408lbs ever since the bursa sack in my left knee busted it's rendered me on squats, but I'm not throwing in the towel.
Bench was all PR, I failed the 1st lift which was 242 at last meet, I felt I could've repped it
2nd was like 265 I think
And 3rd was 284 I think
I don't remember cause I didn't care about these 1st 2 lifts, at all, just did them for the hell of it.
Now to the deadlift......
1st lift was 550 beltless smooth PR
2nd... Everytime I watch the video I wanna kick my own ass...
Anyone who follows me knows I've been chasing deadlift numbers only since February...
Told myself I was pulling at least 600 this meet, weak ass body shut down on me, I don't remember the top part of the lift or walking into the staging area.
So I'm assuming I blacked out, ik if I could've kept myself together I would've locked the mofo out...
3rd attempt was a joke, I was spent after the 1st 600 pull, but I don't own a white towel, so the show continue regardless.
Meet total PR, all lifts PR meet wise, overall bench PR.
